Five Guys is a excellent burger restaurant with very good fries if you don't come in rush hour
Quality Control needs to be checked out here, grilled onions were processed with papery peels each one of our burgers had several of such peels to the point we had to spit out "paper" multiple times . In addition to the peels they lacked the condiments we asked for. Overall this lead to a poor experience especially when one considers the price. FYI this was non peak hours, so I can not really understand the lack of attention to detail when it came to prep and service.
Food was amazing and staff was friendly and professional. It's a bit expensive however you get a lot of food for your money. Highly recommended if you want good burgers!
The burger and milkshake was enjoyable. However the price for just those two items are unreasonable. I cannot see myself buying again.
Hakeem the manager should be fired! He's very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. How and why is he a manager? The other employees were nice to me, but this Hakeem manager was so obnoxiously rude and disrespectful that I will never go back to that store again. What a disrespectful and mean loudmouth to me. And in front of all the customers listening. How is he a manager? I am going to call corporate on him as well.
Good burgers and plenty of fresh cut fries. Lots of toppings to choose from. The single burger is really quite large.
Upon entering the store i was greeted by Alyssa who explain how everything works and helped me decide what i wanted to try !!! She was fast and very helpful through the whole process !! Definitely a great worked and very well mannered !! My number was called and the manager mark made sure to ask if i needed anything else beside the stuff available on the condiments counter and was very polite and made me feel very welcome and appreciated !! I will definitely return to this location again and again simply for the hospitality and helpfulness of the crew members !! Fries were absolutely amazing and fresh and the burger was still steaming when i unwrapped it !! You cannot get fresher product anywhere !!!
Don’t waist your time, you’ll get a better burger at McDonald’s or Burger King for a quarter of the price. My order was cold not worth the primo price they charge.
We eat at Five Guys when want a great burger and fries...always clean and great service.
