Excellent breakfast. I ordered the Parma skillet and it arrived hot and fresh. The potatoes were seasoned well, and it had a variety of flavors going on. The million dollar bacon was nice and sweet and chewy, and was a good balance between sweet and savory. The coffee was fresh and did not have the classic diner burnt taste, which was a great start to the experience. The wait staff was really friendly and prompt in their service. I will be returning!
Pineapple ? Express was fresh and delicious I love the mint crystal rim! Kale Tonic was refreshing as well FAB First Watch Juices Daily ? ate my first Fratatta ? Salmon Fratatta is so good! Flavorful experience ?

Our first experience at First Watch but won't be our last. We went for breakfast and, while it was a bit more pricey than the average breakfast place, it was anything but average. The ingredients were cage free eggs, whole grain breads, fresh fruits and veggies, etc. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean, spacious and well lit. Our service was exceptional. My only complaint was that they did not have regular mustard! I am a muted person. I was offered ketchup, ewww, or honey mustard, not the same. If they obtain mustard from the Publix directly behind them, they would have a 5 star rating.The food was delicious. Everything was prepared with perfect flavor combinations and the coffee was superb!! They must know me because they bring an entire pot of coffee to the table. We will definitely be returning here. Love this place.
Love First watch in general, I’ve been in all Jax locations. This one is the closest to my place. Always nice to eat here. If you planning to come on weekends get in line online before your visit here. First watch one if top breakfast places in Jax.
