Got this for a team build. Spent 234$. Asked for all toppings to be put on the side. They did not. Half of my team wouldn’t eat the subs because they didn’t like a topping. Ordered online they literally had two days to make them right. What a waste!
This is my favorite Firehouse, they are so fast, and very polite. I’ve never had any issues with my order being wrong or anything. Good environment to walk into.
First time at Firehouse. Good food but bathrooms weren't very clean. Might give them a 2nd chance though
I usually have a good experience, however this time when I placed an online order I payed extra to add bacon it's about .95 cents but there was no bacon. The sandwich was still good, I am just disappointed that I didn't get what I payed for.
Staff wasn't as friendly as before, sandwich didn't seem to be as good as I remember. Seems the bread was hardly toasted. It was still good, just not excellent.
Service was fast and courteous, only complaint was shredded lettuce on the salad instead of romaine mix that other locations use.
I really like Firehouse Subs, everything is fresh and very tasty. The staff is nice and friendly, and they will make your sub just like you want it!! They get your food to you in a efficient and timely matter. ??

We called ahead our order while on the way there. They pretty much had it ready to go when we got there. Kind staff over the phone!
I love Firehouse subs. The staff is always friendly & they get our family’s large orders right every time. The store is always clean & well staffed, they never seem to run out of ingredients- which are always fresh.Never a problem in the years we’ve been going to this location.
