Somebody tell the sub sergeant with the goofy contacts in there not to snatch food out of costumers' hands and accuse them of stealing when they're trying to pick up to go orders. It's never that serious.
Always delish!! Never had a bad sub here. Family favorite. Staff was polite, efficient and courteous
Worst experience. I order the food at 1.35pm in online and the pick time was 1.50pm. I went to the location for pick up. The lady in the counter told me to wait for 2 -3 minutes as it is been made. I said Ok. When I was waiting, I saw my sandwich was not even started making. So I waited for 10 minutes to get my sandwich. I told the guy who gave my sandwich to maintain some amount of timing for that he replied don't order from this location hereafter. This is not first time they do this to me every time. One of the worst and disrespectful customer service.
There were 3 employees and ZERO customers. Took them 20 minutes to take our order. Two employees were stocking chips while one was behind the counter. Then it took 15+ minutes to give us a side of Mac n cheese and 2 water bottles.
I’ve been to numerous firehouse subs and I’ve never had a worst experience then this one. Took 15 minutes to make a sub. Cameron (he/him) made me wait almost 5 minutes at the register to even order then she proceeded to give me the most unwelcoming dialogue I’ve had the displeasure of sharing at somewhere where food is prepared. I understand hiring is hard but this is pathetic.
The general manager here is freaking awesome. feels almost like a new place. when you go eat Bobby has the best customer Service.
Best location in Jacksonville. They made my birthday sub for me exactly how I wanted it. I went to two other locations that wouldn’t allow me to upgrade to a large and pay the difference but this location had no objections. They even wished me a happy birthday! The store is always clean and the employees were very nice. This is the only location in Jacksonville I will go to from now on.
Took over 30 mins for my food. By then I had to take it to go. Will never eat at this establishment again. Most of the employees didnt care that my order took so long.
Firehouse is Clutch any way u put it. My fave is the HOOK & LADDER WITH MISS VICKY'S MESQUITE BBQ KETTLE Chips
