25-30 minutes for a sub? Had 3 people that came in 10 minutes after I had already ordered and payed.Order their food just like I did and get there food and leave.Poor customer service.?
Disappointed with what used to be a favorite place. Half of the choices in beverages not available; no ice in the machine, no napkins, dirty restroom, and the worse, the employees seem not to care. Sandwiches still good but the experience was far from what used to be. Missing the smiles and good vibes of the place. Hopefully this serves as a wake up call before it is too late!
This location closes at 10 pm on Saturdays.....But at 9 pm they were locking the doors & closing down! Please update your hours! Gas is to HIGH for THIS misleading Info!!!.
I ordered two sandwiches,1 bag of chips and 1 cookie. I only received the sandwiches ?. The manager Evan I spoke with didn't apologize for the inconveniences. Bad service. Bad customer service gets you a 1 star.....
Went to get a sub yesterday. The guy at the counter announced that they had forgotten about a catering order, so it would be at least 25 minutes before they could take any orders. He said that he HAD to get this order out.Forget about the 7 people standing there hungry.
The staff at this location are amazing. Always have smiles on their faces, polite and quick service. I always feel welcome here, love their positive attitude!

Food was good but after ordering on their automated telephone system-we waited over 20 minutes for a 2 sandwich order. Other customers came, ordered, ate and left. Then they realized that the order had been ready and sitting on a shelf. ?
