The service is pretty fast for made to order. Haven't had a sub from here I didn't like or that wasn't prepared to my liking. I'd recommend this location, can't speak for the others tho,haha.
We came to this location ordered 2 subs and 1 salad for lunch yesterday. The lady that took our to-go order was very nice and accommodating. My teens wanted several things left off their meat and veggies subs. She rang it all up correctly, per the receipt. However, When we got home and opened it, they were covered with ALL the ingredients they specifically asked to be left off ( Mayo, onions, tomatoes, etc. ). I had to throw them out. What a waste of money. I’m only giving 2 stars because the woman was so nice and rang it up correctly. The people making the subs never even looked at the order details.
Third time I order philly with cheese only third time I gotmushrooms on it. It's not that difficult.
The employees that worked the shift on 6-20 at about 8:30 at night, were very nice, positive attitudes, and fast service.
FINALLY! Firehouse selected "Q" as the letter of the day and I off to Firehouse I went after work.There were a few employees and no customers when I entered. I was greeted and my order was taken with a few issues. Ordered two medium subs, and showed my ID for the free sub. The guy taking the order looked puzzled so I had to explain the promotion. He told me that I had to make a purchase in which I explained is why I ordered two subs. He told me I had to order chip, drink, or a cookie. Another employee came up and entered in a code. I assume the guy is new...Subs were ready in a reasonable time and they were tasty, as always.
Worst firehouse in Jacksonville by far. Hair in food. Rude service. Drive the extra few minutes and go to a different one so you don’t waste your money
Boy I must be getting real old .This was my free birthday sub. Just turned 71 on 5/14/22 my blessing . I knew per my grandson who's birthday was in March no longer just show I'd verifying birthday , needed to have the app which I did.,but you have to go in app & complete something to get a code. Thank this location assisted me to do that & got my free sub. Next year will ck for all the rules if they are still doing it. Subs are delicious but can't afford 6 inch sub for almost $8 on retirement income but every now & then.
Well they messed up my sub i paid extra for gluten free I'm celiac, and after a bit of confusion on the part of the sandwich maker they got my bread right and then I waited for sweet tea the women who seemed to be in charge dumped a bag of sugar in the fresh brewed tea and didn't stir I asked do you not need to stir it,? Where she said it will dissolve well of course it didn't so my tea had a few table spoons of sugar in the bottom of the cup. Not the best.
They are decent. But I don't know if it's happening with all of the firehouses but this one has gone down hill more and more they don't even greet you when you come in the door anymore the place is not clean they spend more time talking to each other than they do to the customers. Don't misunderstand they have some good employees but they also have some bad ones they could probably use a Refresher training
I ordered a sub through uber eats, had specific ingredients to be left off the sandwhich due to being unable to eat them, they still put them on the sub. When I called to let them know, was put on hold and no one came back to the phone when asking for a manager. Totally unprofessional! Never coming back
