Service was overall very good, however, when the server had brought drink refills she would not remove the old glasses. We ended up having several empty glasses accumulating on the table.

My friends loved it. Wonderful service & food, great place to eat.
Waitress seemed to have rushed us. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. Never put bread on table or asked if we want any but other tables were getting it. Right after appetizer order she was already asking about dinner. Ordered 2 filet mignons. Medium. Came out rare after a delay. Waitress offered to cook them more. What ? You never put meat back on the grill. Shouldâve offered 2 new ones done right this time. Manager did apologize and offered us an appetizer to take home, but the damage is done. Waitress rushed us out of there. We wonât be going back!
I went there to celebrate my birthday. We had a party if 6. We were seated in a booth which became very cramped and clastrophobic very quickly. The service was impeccable, no complaints there. I was hoping for a great steak, but was sorely disappointed. I have had better steak at Longhorns and paid much less. They must have been trying to save on the power bill because it was uncomfortably warm. I will not return.
This was a Girls Day Out luncheon. We were promptly taken to our table and our server quickly came by. All of the food looked and tasted delicious. Our server asked many times if we needed anything. Overall excellent food, service and ambiance. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic dinner in celebration of my husbandâs birthday. Hadnât been to Firebirds in a while although itâs always been a favorite. So glad we revisited because the food and service were outstanding. JJ our server was great and took excellent care of us!
