Oh...my...God, this food was so amazing, I played safe and ordered the teriyaki chicken fried rice. Best thing I've tried new ALL summer, will go back❤️❤️❤️

My first time there and I was impressed. Had the chicken teriyaki fried rice and it was delicious! Will definitely try to go again!
While visiting a friend in Jacksonville I decided to try this food truck out because a client of mine posted a couple of there pics and said how good it was. I said why not give them a try. So me and my friend did. It was a line so I was like great (that means it should be worth the wait or so I thought) and I seen they had short ribs as an option which was another great for me (I love short ribs)!So we ordered then waited for about 45 minutes before we were called to pick up. I didn't understand why the wait was so long because if you look there isn't a lot to the plates of food. I don't mind waiting or paying for food just make sure it is great and I'll be back for sure not in this case. My short ribs were super salty and the fried egg was over cooked. They also have a signature sauce (I only knew this because my client told me when we spoke after my experience) which they never mentioned by the way. So I was let down. My friend ordered the chicken and it was good.My thing is that if the sauce makes the dish better then they should be having it on every dish. Since I didn't have the sauce I would go back to try them again just to try the sauce but hopefully it doesn't take 45 minutes this time...?
First time coming and food looked,smelled, and tasted amazing!! Customer was awesome! Definitely have to grab another plate next time. We’ll be back
Delicious!! I had the bulgogi fried rice with egg and the cheeseburger fried rice with egg no ketchup. Well seasoned but not too salty or spicy, served hot and fresh. Friendly customer service and even apologized for the slight wait, but I didn't mind at all. Worth the drive from Mandarin and I'll be back to try the short rib rice and the chicken teriyaki rice as well!

The rice is pretty good. They don't shy away from the seasoning, so if you like bland food, stay away, lol. The only issue is the 30 minute wait.
For $15 dollars I ordered the beef short rib. It definitely wasn't $15 dollars worth of food. And the flavor of the food I thought was okay, but not great. The service was great though, maybe I caught them on a bad day?
Overall good experience. It was cold and rainy when we went, so that was unpleasant because of the wait. Not their fault obviously. The guys were friendly and explained the options.Food was good. Bulgogi is very sweet as was the short ribs. The spicy Mayo and Sriracha were a good balance.We got the beef bulgogi fried rice with an extra short rib and hard fried egg, and the short ribs with an extra pork chop and hard fried egg.
