Oh my gosh! My cookies and cream freezer was so good & was on point! I didn't have to wait long, the line was finally down and it was worth every penny.
Drive Thru SUCKKKKKS . The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the coffee is actually good . You can be 4th in line & STILL have to wait a long time particularly the side facing the plaza. They need to fix this issue ASAP before they lose business. The OP location is NEVER like this
Ellianos is my favorite coffee shop!!The customer service is great the different coffee drinks are so delicious and if you're hungry just try their breakfast sandwiches you won't be disappointed! My favorite drink is the dark chocolate mocha freezer. That's my happy drink! If I'm having a hard day I just go pick up my favorite drink and relax! If you haven't tried them and you love coffee GO NOW!

I order from here all the time. This time I drive up and ordered and just politely let her know that the day before I had huge chunks of coffee beans in my cup. She assured me that today this coffee would be fresh. So not even 10 seconds later she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I said, "No, I'm good." First time ever being asked that, and it was after I just told her about the previous coffee I received the day before having chunks of coffee beans in it. I drove off with my coffee honestly not wanting to go back and telling my husband not to buy me any more gift cards there.I don't want to be asked to tip everytime I get coffee. If you wanna put a sign out great, but don't ask me everytime. I almost felt like, if I don't tip what kinda coffee am I gonna get??? All the other females in my family feel the same way after comparing our drive thru experiences of being asked to tip. We all felt annoyed by it.
Better than Starbucks.Ellianos has long lines in morning but I like that a rep comes outside and takes orders so your order is Ready when you get to the drive up window.Best coffee in town.

Only 2 negatives. Menu should be farther away from the window so I can have time to decide. Secondly, it might be too good. The lines are ridiculous at both windows. We happily wait those 20 minutes though. Yes worth the wait. Reliably Good. Love the hours.
Very good. I tried a toffee flavored hot coffee, and it was awesome; and their apple cinnamon bagel was delicious. It was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, like a bagel is supposed to be. The only thing I can suggest is maybe a sign stating the shop has another drive through. I know to go to the other side but the line builds up on one side and I see people leave not knowing what they're missing.
