Ordered online. Was supposed to get two of the same sandwich but one ended up on the whole bread not the plain bread bagel. Kind of disappointed. Split it with my daughter so we both didn't get the FULL "gross bread" according to her. We each got a half of it. Lol! -- The food was delicious besides the order mishap. We went and sat by the water for a picnic so we didn't notice right away until we were eating. - I can't even find my receipt. I've looked on the app and cannot locate it to verify my order.

It has it's days. Lazy employees will have you waiting forever on chewy bagels and eggshells. Literally had shards of brown eggshells on several occasions. Good employees will give you fresh bagels and timely preparation. Was really good. Going downhill now.
Love the fresh bagels. The skinny bagel is my favorite. Bring a sweater cause the AC is turned way down here.
How is that store that messy and dirty when it has from what I saw at LEAST 5 people working there? Over filled trash cans, looks like coffee spilled on counters and crumbs everywhere. On top of that they all look at you like they’re not trying to talk to or help you.I will say they have good bagels though.
Great bagels and coffee. Sometimes my orders are inconsistently made, but all things considered it’s a decent place to grab a morning bite, and it’s in a nice location.
Lobby is too cold, too much shmeer on every bagel so you have to constantly ask for light or your downing a 1000 calorie bagel that oozes all over the place on every bite. . this place used to have a positive energy too, not sure what happened.
Ordered from door dash. Small eggshell and black hair in my bagel. No one in my home even has black hair. Food was cold and sloppy. This was our second time ordering from here. The 1st time was mediocre but this time was absolutely disgusting. I'll never order from here again
Best bagels in 5 points. Decent coffee. Fast service. Download the app for a free coffee every time you order ahead. $3 for a bagel, extra cream cheese, and a large coffee. Beats out other coffee chains easily for value and quality.
