Went through the drive thru at a busy time, and Caleb took my order. He was very proactive in making everything go smooth and quick! Also had a friendly smile at the window when handing me my order :)
Another disappointment today. Asked for nitro brew they were out. This time they offered called energy cold brew. (Last time they didn’t ask they just subbed it on their own). Got the large, black, two unsweetened flavorings. Got the drink, it was milky. Asked him if there’s creamer in there he said should not be. Took a gulp and hell, not only does it have freaking creamer, the flavorings were sweetened. Had to go in and get a replacement. Next time perhaps you should confirm the order back and when asked confirm what was made. You f up my fast and I’m pissed off
Went to the dunkin on gate and I always have great service there however today I went and this is how full my drink was immediately at the drive through and then after all the foam dissipated, I was on my way to work and couldn’t drive back so I went to another location on beymedows and even after showing them pictures and recipes they charged me for another. Very frustrating
This place is a hit or miss. I’ve been here about 6 times only because it’s close to my job and don’t usually have time to go to another restaurant or location. I ordered a egg and cheese bagel and I got this instead. Plus bagel was cold, I would know, as I tried eating it as I drove off. I will say it’s clean.
I come to this particular restaurant because its closest to my house. I have a big problem with them getting the order right. I have been very patient. I ask them not to stir my coffee. Well they stirred it and made me sick. Please honor the request not to stir the coffee. Listen to what the customer wants. Very disappointed
Nice new store, but it was very busy when I went and service was slow. On top of that my "everything" bagel was missing the "everything"... I probably won't go back to this location.
I’ve never had better customer service anywhere!!!! Nick is AMAZING! So kind, so sweet, never gets your order wrong. It’s the most efficient drive through - you never have to wait! He’s running things WELL!!!! Not sure what Nicks role is but if he’s not management, he should be. If he is, y’all need to give him his own store! I come here everyday - live at the apartments right next door - the service is consistent!!
Service was nice and quick. The downside was the wait time. We were asked to pull to the second window. After 10 minutes of waiting and not a single person coming to window with our order or even asking if we had been helped, we decided to pull around, park, and go inside. After doing so we finally received our order with no apology for the wait time or the lack or service.
Love this Dunkin!! There's a girl (?) named AL (maybe trans-gender?) But he/ she is the SWEETEST thing ever.The staff seem to all get along and have smiles on their faces always! Love this place and AL!
This Dunkin' Doughnuts shop is relatively new. It is clean and more spacious than many (most) of the Dunkin' doughnut locations.On the day I visited, service was a little slow for some reason. There were about 3 people in line. it took about 10 minutes to place the order and another while to actually get the cup of coffee that I had ordered.The plain cake doughnut was very fresh—although disappointed no pumpkin doughnuts were available. Most of the doughnuts had lots of sugar and topping but I was grateful there was a plain one left.There is plenty of space to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry.
