Walk in to find out that the staff had not made any doughnuts for the morning this is at 10:00 in the morning I find that very unpleasant . All I wanted for my bday was some doughnuts an coffee from my local dunkn

Speaker box was broken. Waited 20 mins and there was only 3 cars in front of me, paid, then didn’t get my coffee bc I had to get to work (they were gonna make me wait longer and it would of made me late).I don’t blame general staff for this, but whoever is running the op needs to get that fixed.Don’t understand how an operation can run so inefficiently. And this was on Saturday morning and not busy.

The drive threw customer service was impeccable! If I owned my own restaurant I'd want to snatch her up for myself! Not only was she incredibly sweet she was very time efficient. Every time I have gone there I have received the best of service.

Melinda provided exceptional customer service today! And she was very friendly! I'll definitely be back!

Dunkin has always disappointed me when it comes to service and product. I don't know how many times I have gone to a Dunkin and they have no donuts by 9 am. HOWEVER! THIS DUNKIN DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! The staff if friendly, the donuts stocked and fresh so thank you to who ever runs this Dunkin ?

I went to this DD yesterday about 5pm. Please know that this DD lobby is not generally open and there is no sign showing if it is ever open. The window tinting on the windows makes it look like no one is there. This is probably one of the worst maintained, least clean DD I've been to and I go to A DD several times per week.

Ordered a ice coffee here the other day through the drive thru . The cashier lady handed me my coffee with a strange odor I smelled the top of the lid smelled horrible I couldn’t even drink the coffee I had to throw it away the odor was soo bad!! Please make sure your employees are washing their hands before handling and making drinks! At this point they should be wearing gloves . Just dirty and nasty I saw another worker digging in her ear at the register . The coffee is not that great there . Their nice workers but better hygiene is a need at this location. I lost my appetite for all Dunkin after that .

Went to location on Atlantic Blvd. by I-295 at 7:33pm and they had already closed when it shows online they are open until 8:00pm. Lady said we can’t control what time it says online, we close at 7:30pm. I mean does the owner of the location know what time their store is open till , which I mean they should and should make sure their people are staying open till.

Normally, I'm an avid Starbucker but as of late they have been letting me down. So I have been slowly coming over to Dunkin. I love the customer service and how quickly my order was prepared. My only complaints are that my croissant was burnt which takes away from the enjoyment of the sandwich. Also, my drink order was wrong. I ordered a caramel macchiato but was given a shamrock - order was not verified (placed order inside). While the drink was good and not worth complaining about in store, I just would have liked what I ordered.

How can you get rid of Hazelnut swirl... hazelnut is a staple flavor!! But you have cinnamon bun and caramel, and adding salted caramel and Irish cream just to name a few. Hazelnut is the only swirl I like in my hot coffee. The sugar free one is gross. I was told a few months ago from dunkins corporate that this was franchise specific when I came across this at one location, but now I'm finding this everywhere. I mean does the same person own all the DD in Florida? I'm definitely writing corporate again to find out. But it's definitely not a good move removing a popular, staple flavor to replace with several different uncommon flavors which only appeal to a small amount of customers. It wouldn't be so bad if I could do just cream and sugar, but that I can no longer do. Ever since the regular size pots were changed to the big commercial ones, the coffee just don't taste the same. Not even extra/extra will do. It's just not the same, period. Looks like I'm going with starbucks on the regular. If I'm stuck paying $5 for caramel macchiatos daily, definitely starbucks, all the way, tastes much better. I rather pay a little extra for my drink to taste good and starbucks definitely wins on the espresso side.Dunkin just keeps doing things to ruin their staple item, the COFFEE (it's not the donuts people!) Stopped brewing flavors, added sugar free flavor syrups (yuck). Added swirls, awesome, great move! Stopped brewing coffee in normal size carafes, coffee tastes different, another bad move. Swirls cover up the difference, ok no biggie until the days you run out of my swirl. Take away a great tasting swirl, a staple flavor, so guess what now the coffee taste like sh*t for myself and anyone else that does not like the other swirls!!I made 2 to 3 trips per day to DD. No exaggeration. Dunkins has now lost me. I can't be the only person that only does the Hazelnut swirl (especially when the crew tells me it's a popular flavor and they don't understand why it's discontinued as well, and I'm speaking of at several locations as I travel for work), I can imagine a lot of lost business. It just don't make sense. I just don't get it. I grew up on Dunkins, and in its home state of Mass, where I am from as well. So it's a bit bittersweet. Maybe it will come back, but until then, there's no longer a reason for my continued business at dunkins.
