I came in and ordered a half dozen donuts. Seeing that the price of a dozen would save me quite a bit, I asked the sales lady to please change my order to a dozen (she had 2 donuts placed in the half dozen box). She said, "I will have to charge you for 2 half dozen boxes because I have already started the box, this is what my manager says I must do". Seriously? I left with only my half dozen.
Nice staff, long wait times, no waffle cones, very little variety in items. Did not purchase anything.
Don't go here! Horrible service. I have had their delicious avocado toast plenty of times. But at this location they try to cheat you and then lie to your face about it.When I got my toast I could still see the bread through the avocado spread. So I went to ask them to redo the toast properly. However they had the odacity to tell me that this was the usual amount of spread. Then they continued to argue refused to redo the toast and then make me purchase an additional spread which I was supposed to put on the cold toast myself now. But when I got the additional spread it was obvious that they did not put one of those on the toast and when confronted with it they still kept lieing. So I tried to speak to a manager. At which point they spoke for the manager telling me the manager will not give me a refund. And the manager will say the same things they are. I spend one hour! For something that should have been a 5 minute task. Tops! So long story short they didn't refund and I asked when the manager will be in the next time. And I am going to pay that manager a visit. That is the worst customer service dunkin has ever provided. Arguing lieing keeping me for an hour!! HORRIBLE!!I have attached 2 pictures that show the extra spread container and the toast. I scraped the spread together so anyone can see that they only put a fraction on it.
Customer service at 4419 Southside Blvd Dunkin’ is really good. Crystal and everyone that works there is very friendly and easy to talk to. If there is a situation they will correct it right away! Very pleased with their service!
Drive thru or walk in the behavior of the workers are carelessI did order and wait for so long and they gave my food in an disgusting paper bag(with coffee and black stains on it )asked for replacing the bag and she just dumped the food into a diff bag and gave,the complete food was in bag as she just dumped.Dude we are paying for food and it’s your minimum responsibility to provide us with care.
Awful service...they act like it's your fault that they messed up the order...then the coffee is horrible..i take cream snd sugar..and this is the only Dunkin in Jacksonville that cant get it correct .
This location is very busy. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The new shamrock macchiato is excellent! This store also has a Baskin Robbins at this location with ice cream and other treats.
Delicious but exp8if you are on a budget dollar? my small frozen coffee was $4 dollars plus? it was the same size as Mac Donald mocha frappe....but dunkindonuts was better tasting, so you get what you pay for
Service very slow never had a problem before. Took them 10mins to make a frozen coffee with only one other person in the building
the employees were rude and they messed up the two simple drinks I ordered
