I advise everyone not to try the Tiger Tea Bubble tea @Dunkin Donuts, because it's disgusting. It tastes like a diluted dawn dish soap and milk. It's not even boba it's raisins. My advice is to stick to making DONUTS and COFFEE. And they charge $6 a cup for a small. Anyways bless y'all hearts for trying.
Normally I just get drinks at dunkin but was traveling and wanted something to eat. HOWEVER, (as shown in my pictures) the menu screens for were blank/not working and somehow the employees were unaware? So when I was ordering I said I was trying to figure out what food I wanted and the employee looked annoyed and pointed towards the screen (where the items are SUPPOSED to be) but then she was surprised saying “DAMN.” She tried (poorly) to explain a few items & it was disappointing the employees didn’t know their own menu items. Then whatever egg sandwich I ended up ordering with my coffee, turned out to be a wrap? (not what she described). Even the coffee was somehow messed up not sure what happened but surely disappointed
I waited 10 minutes on drive through for them to take my order of black coffee . There was only one car in front of me at the pickup window.
I frequent Dunkin’s all over when traveling and this location was such a wonderful experience. The store was so clean kept, the donuts looks incredible and to top it off the service was even better! The 3 women working were customer service experts and made my frozen coffee with some much love! You know how you can just taste when something is made with care? Thank you for the love. 5 stars all the way for this location! And for everyone reading this! Don’t forget to tip your baristas!!
I always go through the drive thru. Cashier's never give me correct change when I pay cash. They short me every time. I don't feel like that's an ethical practice. To me that's stealing. I'm not sure that I'll be going back to this store any more
Dunkin is the best place for donuts. The reason they are is because they have ICE CREAM TOO. Crispy cream cannot compare. You can also chill outside and inside the store as you please. ?
Apparently listening isn't a thing at this location.I order a frozen caramel coffee add mocha and whipped cream. I was handed a mocha frozen coffee no caramel.People should stop playing around and make sure they are getting order correct.
At the drive thru at 3 45pm Mar. 8 I ordered one scoop cake (plain) cone and was charged $4.06 including tax. I went back and girl said the 2.79 price on the menu board was wrong, that it was the kiddie price. I said the kiddie price was $2.49 on the board. Then they said the board was wrong. To raise the price a dollar for a small cone without posting or telling people? It was the DD at Phillips HWY near Butler Blvd. Highway Robbery.
Very disappointed that I stopped in at 8:30 in the morning to get Valentine donuts for work and they were out, of everything. Second Dunkin location I stopped at planned better and had plenty. The young man working at the counter was wonderful here. He just didn't have two dozen donuts to give me.
I wish I could give no stars. This location has got to be the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Quality has gone way down. Every time I order a cold brew, they try to give me iced dark roast like they think I don’t know. I drink it black, so it’s blatantly obvious that it’s not what I ordered. If you’re out of cold brew just say so! It’s more expensive than the regular iced coffee so they’re just ripping me off. I’d rather pay that few bucks extra for Starbucks because they don’t screw my order up every single time.
