I ordered a half dozen, bacon bits, and coolata on ubereats. The delivery driver was great, but dunkin was not. I ordered a blueberry, old fashioned, and jelly filled as 3 of the donuts and instead got 3 old fashioned donuts- the other 3 were correct. The bacon bits were cold and the coolata was halfway melted.
Had a nice time at Dunkin' on Dunn Ave Very nice,efficient staff,who all seemed to have good attitudes.There was a " happy vibe,"the minute you walked in! We were greeted with big smiles & warm words.So rare these days,in the fast food industry! Our sandwiches were just as we ordered & arrived quickly.The place was very clean & the coffee was fresh.5 stars for this one.Someone really knows how to run a place right!
placed an order online and have been waiting on the drive through for over 15 minutes and not one car moved. and Dunkin makes it hard to get a refund on mobile order through the app.update: I got my order after more than 3 minutes of waiting. two of the mini bagels were missing, the other two were very cold, my Mango pineapple refresher tasted like water and tea, they didn’t have a strew, and the lids they have don’t close correctly, so if you’re drinking from it without a straw it will spill all over you.
Everytime I go to this location... I ask for 5 sugars and 5 creams and its like they ignore my request and make it too strong too drink! The bagel was under cooked. Money down the drain!
This Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the worst. The drive thru always moves slow and the staff is not on one accord. Some employees will warm the pastry and others claim they can’t because it will mess up the oven. That is terribly annoying. Cold pastries are just nasty to many customers like myself. If it’s true that the oven will mess up, please consider buying more efficient ovens.
Donuts and coffee is always a good thing. But the lady at the counter was a horrible server. She waited on me by getting my donuts, but stopped. Instead of fixing our coffee, she waited on the next person in line. She actually finished their order with coffee and cashed them out... Before she fixed my coffee and cashed me out. She started to wait on another customer, but I stopped her. She acted like I wasn't even there.
Got donuts through Door Dash today and they taste old. A whole dozen of donuts I threw away. Last time using Door Dash and I won't return to Dunkin Donuts. Highly disappointed. How can you sell old donuts, they they make them fresh daily. Lost my business after this won't make my coffee run here
The service was great and fast. The environment was good and the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. The food was excellent; I had the bacon cheeseburger. The sandwich was huge; about 1 and a half larger than the competitors. When I finished I was full unlike when go to another burger joint.
I had downloaded the mobile app one lazy morning after deciding I wanted to order some breakfast instead of making it myself. The menu was rather large and expansive with a lot of options. I also found that the rewards program was actually better than Starbuck's. The food and drink were both well-made and tasted great.
They had no doughnuts. That's their specialty. It's not the first time I've gone in and there be no doughnuts. It's funny because they will have a lot of one kind of doughnut only.
