Nice place to get a coffee and donuts after a busy day. :-)
Very sweet staff and the caramel latte was really good for a place that doesn't specialize in coffee. The old fashion donut taste just like its supposed to.
The app is great and convenient for fast pickup, the employees are almost as sweet as the donuts
Customer was extremely poor and the lady who took our order was very rude. By the time we got on the road to eat, we realized they completely got our entire order wrong and we were missing an additional donut from the dozen we ordered.
Horrible management. Went through the drive through for a DoorDash scan order it didn’t say I have to go inside told me I had to come in but there was already a car in behind me. I went to the window and they refused to give it to me. If the order wasn’t ready and they told me that I would’ve gladly pulled and wait. The “manger” was getting flustered and red face . Not sure you should have a manger that control their emotions and cusses. I canceled the order.
So I tried to get some chocolate frosted or chocolate sprinkle Donuts for breakfast for my granddaughter but guess what this Dunkin Donuts doesn't carry those in the morning so screw you Dunkin Donuts I'll go somewhere else to get my granddaughter her breakfast
Went to drive thru, waited almost 10 minutes just to get up to the speaker. No one took my order. The cars in front of me moved up, and the line behind was getting really long, so I pulled up. I told the person at the window that no one ever took my order. She wanted me to pull around and get in the back of the line. I asked if she could take my order at the window and she said no, because she had to go follow the orders on the screen. I asked if I could be rung up at a different register, and she suggested that I come in for that. I didn't wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line just to have to park and go in. I don't see why they couldn't ring up a dozen donuts at the register at the counter. Must be lack of training/customer service. I was very disappointed. It was my a co-worker's birthday, and I wanted to take in donuts. I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
"Wish I could give 0 stars". Officially done with dunkin but mainly this dunkin. Every time I've gone lately the drinks are so insanely sweet that you can't drink them. I got a peppermint white chocolate mocha, didn't get whipped cream and the amount of sugar was insane that I dumped it out after 2 sips. Could not even drink it, AGAIN.Then we had ordered a dozen donuts, 9 Boston and 3 chocolate frosted. If we had known they were going to give away the donuts we had just ordered and was agreed to then I would have ordered something completely different because I only like the chocolate frosted (not too sweet). So we get to the window and we're told they just sold them all. We just say fine, 12 Boston cream because at least my kids will eat them and I'll just have to wait till lunch.then they come back and say some were just made with sprinkles and put them in the box without asking. ... I think we've caught on to the sweet thing. I didn't want sprinkles. Not only that, they lied the donuts were not just made, No way in hell, they were older than the Boston creams. What a waste of money. I would have just gotten my kids the donuts and saved the trouble. They didn't even give us that option considering they took our payment without even telling us what was going on. Terrible service. After reading all the reviews lately, won't be going back. Starbucks hasn't done me wrong like that and I'm good going to the grocery store just to get donuts. You won't be missed and it'd be great if yall could fix your wrongs with all the unhappy customers when it's YOUR FAULTS.
I love Dunkin, but I was disappointed today when I was informed they are no longer making Jelly Donuts, Vanilla Cream and I think Butterscotch Donuts. Bummer! Really? What is corporate thinking.
This location won’t accept bills over 20$ , but there is no sign stating the fact !! The girl at the window slammed the drive thru window in my face when u asked why , the coffee was already made and so they just poured it instead of coffee being on the house ! Then she started recording me and. I also stated the fact that I wanted to speak to a manager , she didn’t like the fact that I told her straight facts that you cannot run a business without a manager! I will be going up there tomorrow to speak to the gm myself
