Nice people. Nice place. They were kind enough to let me in and let me know they don't normally open the dining room until daylight. I would recommend this place. ?
I go there every morning for coffee. They make a perfect Cappuccino, exactly as I like it! They see my car coming —it’s orange—down the street, and they start making my order, so it’s always fast. The guys and gals are great. Professional and friendly. It’s the best way to start the day. Shout out to the crew!!!!!
This is the worst Dunkin’ I have been to, I started coming to this one because it’s closer to home and gave you guys 3 chances to do right and each visit got worse and worse. The Blonde whose the manager just lacks customer service and they never get simple order right… never going back have to drive to sunbeam or university ??♀️
It was OK, nothing bad about it but my donuts were cold...unusually cold and had a funny taste....the employees who took my order were very polite and I was on and out in 5 minutes.
Everything in this order was thrown away. The everything bagels were burnt, they didn’t give me the correct donuts in my half dozen, when I said I just need half dozen of glazed he didn’t know what I meant and had to ask how many I wanted, and then he still didn’t put not even one glazed in it munchkins were old and tasted stale. And much more just to much to name
It’s typically an annoying experience. While there are a few really nice employees, the service is sooooo slllooowwww. This is the only donut location around and my kids love donuts so here we are again. Sometimes the lobby is closed with no sign, which is very annoying once you’ve got the kids out of the car and then need to wrangle them back in. Sometimes they run out of donuts. Most of the time they have a super long drive-through line that can back into Hendricks Ave. It feels like a poorly managed franchise.
Very nice people work here but the drive thru wait is consistently over 15 minutes no matter when I come. Often the store is locked so walk in is not an option. I have decided to drive to a further DD because overall, it's quicker than the Hendricks DD
Always great coffee which is why theres stars at all, my issue was the incorrect drive-through menu. Actaul prices were almost 50% higher than posted prices. I understand increasing prices, but this is false advertising and misleading. The posted price for a bagel with cream cheese on the menu is 1.79 but they charged me 2.99 before tax. THAT IS ALMOST DOUBLE!!!!! Staff also said manager wasn't there, and that posted prices didnt matter in thr drive through, which is crazy.
Ordered on the app 2/11. Waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes to be told they couldn't fill the order and that I would get a refund. I called the customer support line and they promised the franchise owner would call within 24 hours.It's now 2/24 and I have yet to get a call or my money refunded. It's lovely to spend $75 on stuff, be late for a meeting because they don't have what you ordered, then wait over 2 weeks for your money back.
Prime location for a Dunkin but it is the worst in terms of time and accuracy.It takes 25-30 mins to get food.When you leave the order isn’t correct.Online orders never have everything I ordered.It’s frustrating.
