I had a awesome experience this morning the woman manager I think her name was Kate,I witness the staff get the orders cleared at a fast past.My food was fresh and hot and I enjoyed my drink.
The workers are all slow, with no care in the world one girl with glasses took a whole 5 mins to put this guys Uber eats order in the bag when it was already made- both of us look at each other bc it was crazy. Ordered two drinks, got the first drink but took the other drink a whole 8-10 mins to make. I worked fast food and seeing these workers were appalling.
Coffee was not that great. Usually great. I understand price increases, once a year. But 3.00 for a large regular Coffee is a lot.
The coffee is always good... But the drive thru line always takes forever...customer service could use some work also...Katie is awesome and always so sweet! But there are some employees who sound like they would rather be sitting on the couch.
Been through several times and not once has my order been correct. As much as I used to love dunkin, I’d rather not deal with the hassle of just trying to get a correct order.
Easily one of the best dunkins I've been to. Amazing service, amazing food, everything is perfect. I highly reccomend this Dunkin.
This large Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher was so refreshing from Dunkin Donuts.
This use to be the best dunkin as far as customer service and quality of food and drinks. They have progressively gotten worse. The staff is rude and every time I go the food and drinks are not good at all. I keep trying to go back hoping it will get better but it doesn’t. Hope others have better experiences than I do and that management gets a handle on the customer service and products that are given to customers.

Keep getting wrong orders from here but I think if they just labeled the cups like any other DD store this wouldn't keep being an issue.
Worst service ever! Always short staffed and rude, I understand being short staffed is not thier fault but no need to be rude to customers! Bacon is never fully cooked, even after asking for "burnt" bacon. Guess I'll start going to 103rd location where they actually care about thier customers.
