This Dunkin’ on baymeadows is only missing a drive thru otherwise it’s really probably the best Dunkin’ I’ve gone too. They are on top of everything. Such a stark contrast to the other Dunkin’ on baymeadows
The server who gives people order is very rude. She is very smart mouth when you ask her legitimate questions. Does not seem like a lady that needs to be working in customer service at all.

OMG. I have been going to this place for years. I get staffing is an issue but after the last 6 attempts to get served in the drive thru I just gave up on this location. The several times I have walked in is no better. They are grossly understaffed especially between 7am and 10am all week. Personally, if they limited drive thru orders to only a few items that would help or these obese girls from ordering 8 different latte in the drive thru with totally different flavors. For my office purchases I go a bit out of the way to the Dunkins on Gate parkway which seems to have a better experience that last few times.
Yooo you should train your enployees on how to make caramel macciato since its a item on your menu.....?? I periodically come here over 3 years. I feel regret each time.

This is the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had.The doughnuts tasted like old oil.The French crowlers weren’t even edible.If I hadn’t had surgery and had them delivered.I would have brought all 12 back. Verses given them to the NutriasSo sad for such a great chain.
The staff is so nice and friendly. They work hard and wait is always short.
