This was a very busy location on an early Sunday morning. Kudos to the young people operating it! They were fast and everything in our order was correct. The snackin' bacon was the best I have had. It had crunch. Most places it is too sticky and floppy. The coffee was hot and so good that one of our party said she "had to drink it all." Thanks Store 310291 crew!
Very small inside. You almost had to stand shoulder to shoulder when we went on a Sunday morning.It was busy and loud and they didn't get my order right.Donuts were really fresh though.
The coffee at Dunkin Doughnuts is absolutely delicious..This store is top of the line with very friendly and knowledgeable staff..5 Stars !! Thank you Dunkin Doughnuts ?
This Dunkin’ Donuts never seems to let me down with my order wether it’s through the app or through walk-in . The entire staff id really generous and kind to all the customers . I wouldn’t want my on-the- go from any other Dunkin’ Donuts .
The staff was rude, placed mobile order and they were NOT busy but my order still wasn't ready. I ordered a large FROZEN coffee but was given this, the sticker even says frozen. It was suppose to have vanilla but had no flavor and the coffee tasted old. Extremely dissatisfied, I don't recommend this Dunkin, save your time and go to Starbucks.
I was passing through, traveling with my dogs on a little road trip. I ordered a freshly brewed coffee with cream , sugar and vanilla. It came out so sweet, almost as sweet as the employees here! I couldn't handle it so I asked for the same thing again, without sugar this time. They kindly whipped one up for me, free of charge. They also got my dogs some little cuppies for their own Dunkin' puppacinos. I am so glad I got this caffeine to keep me awake for the rest of my drive. The team here was very comforting, nice, and went above and beyond, making my experience as a customer exceptionally great. I'll be sure to stop by here again when I drive down to Florida next time! I use the app but -- Stale donuts all the time. Never get my coffee right. Store is old and dirty. Outside sidewalk is all gross. Trash overflowing all the time and the riff raff outside all the time is actually frightening. Since the old manager left the store has quickly gone down hill. Can't wait til the new one opens in Oceanway. Hopefully it will be better. And the staff now is horrible. Someone needs to put this place on Undercover Boss.
The staff was friendly but the wait was ridiculous and they did not offer me an update on my order when it wasn't complete because they were put of an item. I did a mobile order and 3 of my 4 items were ready within 10 minutes of waiting (expected during the busy holiday travel time) BUT they were out of my 4th item and did not offer any update until I asked after having to wait in line. I was told they were completely out and then she asked to help the next person without offering a substitute or refund. I asked for a substitute since I'd already paid. Finally had all items and we were on our way.
My coffee had no sugar or flavor and over hearing one of the employees talking with another customer who placed and paid for his order on line was unable to be refunded for sandwiches they didnt have cause he placed his order on line.... WoW
Fresh coffee ☕️ and hot maple ? bacon croissant. I love the morning crew with their energy and sense of humor
