I went there 5/26/2022 about 1:30pm through the drive through. After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker, she finally asked for my order. She had to repeat it back multiple times, it was painful, I only ordered a medium cold brew with foam. after going around the corner there was a car at the window. They kept on passing orders back and forth. this took 15 Minutes! The driver had to pull up because her orders were still wrong. When I got to the window, the medium cold brew's ice was melted and she had to make another one. Since I was in the lane trapped by the cars and the high curb, I would have driven away. Poor service with no regard for the customers time. 20 minutes is a long time to get a cup of coffee! Not going back!
We stopped here around 12:10pm (4/25/22) there was only 2 ladies working but they were absolutely AMAZING!! They gave my pups some pupuccino's and asked us to pull forward to the back door so they can keep the line moving while they made our bagels. They are hard working ladies and deserve a shout out unfortunately I didn't catch their names. Thanks for the great service!!!
This place is great... most of the time. I live in the neighborhood next door, so it's easier for me to walk 5 minutes than to make 3 left turns and sit in the drive-thru. Usually, I can place a Walk In order in the app, and by the time I walk over, it's ready. Sometimes, due to staffing issues, the lobby is closed and Walk In isn't available. That's fair. What is frustrating, though, is when Walk In is available in the app, but I show up to find the lobby closed. That's happened twice recently. It would be best if they kept their order options consistent with what's available. I'm guessing the location has control over that since Walk In has been disabled occasionally.
I love the customer service here!!!!! When I lived here I would go at 3 times a week before work! So friendly, super fast and my order was always correct! I have since moved and went out of my way to visit for a coffee and not surprised by their amazingness once again ❤️
Never have had an issue w this location even though it’s not my regular location. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese Croissant it came out burnt. The egg with soggy,the only thing that was done right was the sausage. If I wasn’t already back at work and starving. I would have went back. Next time I will be checking my food before I leave the window. Sorry to whom ever will be behind me, you may need to check yours too.
Sad excuse of a drive through... They took awhile to take my order at window when I was the only car in line. Some lady finally answered on drive through and told me to drive around to pay. I get to the window and no one is there... Sat there for while waiting and finally gave up. Pathetic. Never coming to this location again. Ill advise anyone who goes in that drive through... You might as well have a video or someone to talk to in your vehicle you're going to be there for awhile!
Went through the drive thru, ordered a drink and a multi grain bagel with cream cheese. Cashier handed me my bagel, when I asked for my drink she seemed so confused, she had to ask another employee if I had a drink and then gave it to me.Second issue: I held my phone out of the car window for the cashier to scan my barcode in the app, she pointed the barcode scanner right in my eye, I immediately had pain in my eye, I said ouch, and proceed to rub my eye. Cashier said nothing. Now here I am 2 hours later and my eye still does not feel right. Let’s hope there is not permanent damage to my eye.Last issue: I get to work to eat my multi grain bagel, opened the package, it’s and everything bagel. How hard is it to grab the right bagel.
Just tried to get coffee 30 mins before listed closing time. Two female workers laughed as I went through the drive through and then tried to come in the front door. Guess they wanted to close up early
Ordered a sandwich and it was burnt, the iced coffee also tasted terrible. Everytime I go to Dunkin I'm disappointed and my most recent visit was no different.
Great stop for a morning break snack!!
