Ordered through app walked in to get my order. Stood by mobile orders sign waiting for assistance. 3 employees looked directly at me and never said hello or attempted to ask what i needed. After a couple of minutes i asked one girl “ is there anyone working mobile orders”? She says “oh what did you order”? Not sure who was supposed to be working the counter but i don’t think ill be coming back to this location.
This is the closest one to where I live so I try to give this one the benefit of doubt. They let me down every time I go here. Long wait time to put in your order even if you are the only one in line. Long wait pickups 15-30 minutes after you put in a online order. I cancelled one the last online order. They were putting me to the back of the line when I got there even though I had ordered online 25 minutes ago. This one is not as 1/2 as busy as the one 1 mile up the road but have 4 times as many problems.
The wait time was outrageous there was only one car ahead of us and none in the parking lot. No reason we had to sit there for 30mins for coffee. Yes we could have went somewhere else but Dunkin is our go too.
This morning I went to this store, I wait for almost 30 minutes. The customer service was really bad, I paid for a donut and they didn't have it also they gave me a disgusting cold bagel with cream cheese. I am frequent customer of DD and I always say that DD is much better than other but since this experience I will think 10 times before visit Dunkin Donuts.
Waited 20 min in the drive thru (with 3 cars in line). Then was told we have no ice or donuts. The latter is uncommon but this location has the longest wait in a drive thru
This place should change its name its not a dunkin i got here last week its closed in the middle of the day because all employees walked out . Then today walk in to be informed that i cant place an order in store they are doing drive thru only. I have to order online then come in pick up food , problem is no one is changing gloves everyone seems like they hate being here. I would like to see you make my food I dont trust you. Needs negative stars
The do NOT answer the phone at all. They will close without any notice or signs even being in the door.... save yourself the annoyance and go elsewhere.
The service here is soooo slow. After you order you sit at the window with no one coming to it for about 2 minutes and when they do theres no greeting. I'm not a patient person. The first time I stayed. I gave then 2 more chances. Same thing. I drove off. Twice. Won't be back.
This Dunkin is inconsistent. My most recent visit was great. It appeared there was new staff and they got my order right. Hopefully it remains good.
I brought my kids into Dunkin before they went to school as a treat. The older lady who checked us out was a taller lady with very short hair end of color. She was very sweet and attentive to my children as they ordered their own donuts. Although she got one of the donuts wrong that my son had asked for she let him keep the mistake donut. And gave him two of the correct donuts as an apology. That is the sweetest thing and it made my little boy do a little dance for joy! And then as I had all the boxes in the drinks walking out of Duncan another employee a taller younger man with dreads and hat who worked there just happened to open the door and let us out as he saw my hands were full. I always go to this Dunkin' donuts but I normally go through the drive-thru but it never ceases to amaze me how delicious their things are!
