Love this place
Owners, not being able to just walk in and speak with a rep at the counter and order Coffee and Donuts is just RIDICULOUS. Guys I can speak with your employees , but can’t order with out using the kiosk 12 inches from the employees.Guy behind me this morning, just gave up and walked out, no order or purchase.Get rid of kiosk and let us make friends with your employees. It keeps us coming back.When you can talk with them , they are great.
I’ve been to this location multiple times. I’m there usually at a busy time in the morning on my way to work. I have never seen a Dunkin Donuts run so good before. They move extremely efficient and they have never messed up my order. I don’t know what system they have down but other DD locations should learn from them. The drive thru lane can look like you’ll wait a while but they definitely get the line moving quickly & I’ve never had to wait long at all!!!
Stop right there and keep driving to the next Dunkin!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!! I went to get 20 donuts for my kids class, and I was told at 9am on a Tuesday that all donuts were gone. No options to get anymore. Then I go by the drive thru window and I see walls of freshly made donuts...and then I ask why I was told that I couldn't get any donuts when they had a whole bunch! They screamed at my face and told me that they couldn't sell me those because those were for another time. Well....they just lost a customer...FOREVER!! what's the point of making donuts if you are not gonna sell them when a customer asks for them. And then incredibly rude at their delivery of this statement. Never going back. Bye bye
This is by far,hands down,the best Dunkin Donuts in our area!!! Even if you have to travel a bit farther for your coffee...the staff and your purchase will outway anything and everything!!! This establishment is 100%,absolutely,and positively worth going THERE versus any other Dunkin Donuts in the area!!! And I speak the truth on this subject...seeing as how I live closer to a Dunkin Donuts on the next road(approximately 5 minutes away)...but choose to ride a little longer to go to THIS Dunkin Donuts!!! 2 ?thumbs?up from this avid coffee drinker here???
LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I will never go anywhere else. I come here regularly for their dark roast. The staff is always very friendly and always asks about my weekend plans and always works as fast as they can and are very polite. Many people are complaining about the kiosks (which is a great alternative for Covid or if you are scared of germs and don’t like people touching your money), but I was informed by the manager that it’s something they don’t have control over and that the franchise/higher ups themselves are responsible for it. So people need to stop being rude to the employees. Every time I go in there, someone’s giving the employees heat over it, like come on people give ‘em a break they’re just kids! Just take a moment and think, If they were your kids you wouldn’t want people to be yelling at them the way you do especially when they are just doing their job and have no control over the situation . If you don’t want to use the kiosk go to the dang drive thru!!! They are even willing to help you put in your order. God bless these employees who are so kind even to the rude customers that give them a hard time.
Worst service ever. The kiosks were turned off, and they refused to ring us up manually. We had to wait for someone to come over and turn the kiosk on, wait for it to reboot, etc. Then the kiosk would not ring up properly. We had to leave since store personnel were uninterested in actually providing the service they were hired for.
Pretty much the worst Dunkin' in town.Absolutely refused to take an order in person. Franchise owner probably spent thousands on the in-store kiosks, and according to the employees, are requiring all their customers to use them.In between some super important gossip with her coworkers, the woman manning the front said if we wanted them to personally take our order, we'd have to roll on through the drive though. She specified that's 'just how things are done now.'We just rolled over to a nearby Starbucks instead.
Pretty much I tried all the Dunkin’s around here , this one is one of the best , coffee tests way better than other places and the employees are super friendly.
Horrible experience here! I don’t know why I even continue to come here but rest assured it will be my last time. They ALWAYS get your order wrong and never make your beverage correctly.Make sure you burn your tongue and make sure the flavor is right at the window. God forbid you trust that they made it right because they probably didn’t. Also make sure you get the items you paid for! I paid two dollars for an apple juice and once I was 10 mins down the road and my kid was asking for their drink I realized they never gave it to me. I drove back and said can you give me another drink or something along with the apple juice you didn’t give me since I had to drive back here and I was told I can get what I paid for and if I want something else I can pay for it. They will never get another dime from me. Complete FAIL! Thumbs down.
