I went to Dunkin today. I was the only one in line at the drive thru. Took them over 5min for 2 orders of hashbrowns and a omelet bite.Got my hashbrowns...AND THEY WERE COLD AND STILL FROZEN. I come to dunkin most weekends on my way to work and it's always fast but today it was slow and the frozen Hashbrowns were unacceptable
Every Dunkin' I visit is great. But, this one is a cut above the rest. The team here is super efficient and incredibly kind. They can have 20 cars wrapped around the building, multiple customers inside, where I'm the last car in the drive through line, and I will have ordered, paid, and driving out in under 10 minutes. Try going to McDonald's and dare to say the same with a straight face. Anyway...this is about Dunkin'. Amazing crew! Fast service! Did I mention incredible people!!! The menu has plenty to choose also. I love the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and hash browns. They have everything great. Stop going other places and go to Dunkin'. Don't take my word for it. Just go once. You will go again and again and again.Quick addendum:. I went through and read some of the comments here for this Dunkin' location. I don't know of your personal experiences with these folks. But, keep in mind the world has been crapped on over the past two years. People make mistakes. We are all human beings. Be a good human being to one another. These people are working to serve your wants...not needs. In spite of stress levels and anxiety being through the roof for everyone. Spread love. The last couple of weeks I've come by because the drive-thru is so long and the lobby is supposed to be open at 5:00 and they deny customers to enter. Very disappointed dedicated customer you have lost

I drove right thru and a well wishing lady helped me with my 2 Apple Fritters. They weren't fresh but good. I was hungry.
I personally don't like their regular coffee, but my dad swears by it. I love their refreshers and their Chai lattes, and everything is fairly reasonably priced. Their donuts are absolutely delicious
Delicious iced white chocolate latte, and the donuts were SO fresh & tasty!! Also very fast/efficient service. I also used a giftcard i had earned an had no problems using the card. LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS
Their customer service was horrible on top of wrong coffee, not sure why Sorted donuts are incomparable to put together. As a person visiting Jacksonville I will never suggest this establishment to friends
I'll never go back to the one on 103rd. They literally charge DOUBLE what every other Dunkin donuts charges. I always order a large frozen a large iced coffee and a pup cup it costs me 20 and change. I go to Normandy, either of the stores on 17 or the one in Orange Park and it's only 11 and change for my order. And that old lady at the drive thru has terrible breath.
