Their menu has been reduced so much that they don't even have HAM anymore. Still the doughnuts are good and the coffee, sandwiches and bagels better than most places.
The guy cooking was rude!!! I asked to get another batch of hash browns because mine were burnt he gave me attitude and said they gonna look the same! I’ll pay more for Starbucks for quality and politeness
I come up here pretty often and always get my omelette by and my snack bacon at the drive-thru oh, and I love the employees at the window. I get random compliments and it really makes my day. My food us always delicious and warm. Thank you!
Staff was rude at drive thru even though completely unprovoked. They handed me a very sloppily made, leaking drink—coffee all over the drivers side door of my car, my work clothes, etc. Took forever to clean. Employee was unapologetic. Now needing a car wash or a good rain. I understand it’s hard bur no reason to be so sloppy or rude.
We had a fantastic experience at DD! Who can beat a donut on a Saturday morning? Drive through was efficient and we were pleasantly surprised.
The least customer friendly Dunkin I've ever been to. I'd rather drive out of my way and go to the location on Baymeadows or Hendricks before spending any more money here. Not to mention, they charge higher prices than the other 2 locations.
This place is A horrible representation of the Dunkin donuts brand. 1st of all the staff is very disrespectful and not customer service friendly. 2nd there always seems to be some kind of malfunction to the ovens that always Is an inconvenience too time. Last but not least the one that really aggravates me the most is there is absolutely no icing on these donuts you are literally buying cake.... My donuts have no icing on them whatsoever. I try to call to speak with the manager.. of course I get no answer after 3 or 4 times calling. I would recommend Krispy kreme over this place any day of the week!
This is my favorite location. I do the mobile order every day and choose to walk in to get it versus drive thru. Customer service is excellent! Other locations can definetly learn from them. Only downfall is that they don't have name tags so I can give them extra kudos.
How can you be open for business and you don’t even carry the main product that you open for business for and then tell the customer it’ll be three or four hrs for donuts. Looks like I’m going to Krispy Kreme the red lights on!
