Horrible experience. I recommend the Dunkin on Roosevelt. Customer service is very poor. Very poor attitude from workers. I’d just like to say that there are many jobs hiring right now and if your employee’s do not like where they work then I suggest they get another job. I never write reviews but for this location it was a must. Nasty employees, nasty food, nasty shop.

Don’t waste your money at this location. Smells like mildew. Hot beverage was lukewarm at best. Had to throw away entire order. Will drive 5 miles to other location before coming back here

Always closing early and turning off machines way before they are closed. Service was at least decent until tonight. A new employee by the name of Daniel was so rude because I came through the drive thru before closing and he did not want to take any order. He lied and said all the machines were broke. He would not give me any managers name and was irritated from the beginning for no reason. Not sure if they are corp or not but they are loosing money constantly and have now lost a customer because of terrible service. Daniel should be retrained in customer service.

This Dunkin location has slowly become the worst location in Jacksonville. Between the consistenly changing teams, and the minimal skill sets each one has (considering management can’t keep anyone on long enough to train them), and the unnecessary attitudes given through the drive through. It sucks that I have to go out of my way to find a different Dunkin even though this has been my go-to location for years. The wait is always rediculous. This time last year I could be in and out in 5 minutes or less, now it’s a 20 minute wait MINIMUM, even if there’s no cars in line in front of you. My father is an EVERY DAY customer and I’m at this location 2-4 times a week. This needs major improvement asap.

The slowest Dunkin ever. Only kiosk ordering, 13 minutes to get our coffee and donuts. Many people working but the inefficiencies were crazy. They were out of some coffee and the 2 donuts we had had to be day old. Need to be dunked. Floors and tables dirty and severe disgruntled customers. Better choices.

Use to be a regular until I notice the guy with the black shirt at the regester took my cash and went to get my doughnut with out washing his handsI let him know that it was unsanitary and he gave me an attitude. BEWARE these kids are trying to get someone sick and they do not care.

Place was clean. The only thing was having to use kiosk to order. Hard for the elderly (like my mother who was with me) to use. My mother said she won't be able to come to this establishment because of the kiosk. You should at least have a cashier to help those who cannot use the kiosk.

Super customer service! The Dunkin’ app had this store incorrectly listed as being open 24 hours, so when I placed my order late at night and arrived to pick it up, only to find that the store was closed, I was displeased. When I called the store, very early the next morning, the two bakers who were working went out of their way to be helpful. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make my day better was very much appreciated.

Why was the music so loud inside and outside on a Sunday morning? It was like the freaking club... All I wanted was a donut.I mentioned it a couple of times, and it went in deaf ears. Literally deaf, it was that loud.I was not the only customer who complained. But the donut was good. ?

Bianca was fantastic. She got our coffers out really quick and efficiently while simultaneously helping to support her staff. Give that woman a raise please!
