Terrible customer service, the cashier complety walked away when I was taking my order three times with no explanation. Flies around the donuts. The back was a complete mess, very haphazard conditions. Coffee spilled all over the counters. One of the people making the food had NO gloves on! Absolutely disgusting. The food wasn't put in the right containers so it fell immediately. When it fell, they stared at us and walked away. The coffee tastes disgusting like it had no syrup, the food is burnt. Would never come here again, it took us over 20 min to order and get our food. Wish I could leave zero stars, yes it was that bad.Edit: Just realized we got no receipt so we can't even get a refund.....great.
I love the morning crew, even though they run a little slow at the peak times. But the day shift? Epically the absolute worst part of the day to come here. In line behind two cars for 15 minutes nobody at the window and once you're in this drive through you are trapped and can't get out. I love my Dunkin' donuts but I will never come here again after 12:00. I work in customer service so I absolutely understand how difficult things are. But this is just ridiculous
This place is a mess. All I ever get from there is a coffee! You go up to the speaker nobody greets you. You wait and wait and wait. You finally get around to the window there are six people behind the counter doing a whole bunch of nothing! Steer clear people…

So unprofessional and bunch of high school kids work at this place and no customer service experience or courtesy!!!! Waste of my time and money as well as poor quality and service overall don’t even deserve a star they deserve a BIG ZEROOOo ……
the work team today is the worst, pataven zombies, only one working and all watching, the guy who is making the sandwiches very slowly and the assistants worse, I've been waiting for 30 minutes for two doordash orders and they don't move
The young baker that works the evening shift went above & beyond fixing my pre order for Valentines heart shaped apple & spice and heart shaped Boston ceam donutsI wish I would have gotten his name! And the 2 young Spanish girls also the assistant manager! During the day they had run completely out of donuts and My girlfriend & I asked if they had bagles she said yes so she went above and beyond to take the center out before toasting for us Since my girlfriend had some dental work done! Everything was cean And everyone's always super nice! Good job crew ! Hope yall will be rewarded for great customer service!
Got rid of all of the deals. Didn’t have cold brew. Unfriendly service. My iced coffee was prepared incorrectly, then fixed but was ultimately undrinkable.
Super slow service waited 15 mins to recieve two coffees. They didn't have any signature lattes. Only good thing about this experience was one lady that gave us a free donuts for inconvenience. They really need to step up the customer service game I would give zero Stars if I could
This is not a DD I will be visiting again. No receipt, burnt bacon, half an order & cold coffee. Unbelievable!
