The wait staff was great. The waffle fries were undercooked, my sons food was burnt. Was not a good experience.
The flavors they offer are great! And the secret sauce is too. I give it a 3 because many of the wings were very small.
Really pleased with the sauces and number of choices, and the number of beers on tap was a happy surprise. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Great dinner!
Stopped here with no expectations and we were mind blown. Our server, Jessica, was the best. She made incredible suggestions which led me to try their Georgia girl wings and i couldn’t be more satisfied. Wings were juicy and the sauce was amazing. She also brought us a little sample of their southern charm sauce and it was so good, cannot wait to try it. The ambiance was nice and chill for a Saturday night. it was trivia night. Our server let us know that on Tuesday is bingo night and you win prizes. My husband got a Philly cheesesteak and he said it was good. The fries were amazing along with their cheese curds. Overall experience was really good. Will come back.
This is our second time here, the first time my husband brought me home a to go salad and It was so good we wanted to sit down and eat the second time around. Food was still tasty, but service. MY. GOODNESS. Kiera was our waitress. I know they close at 8pm during the week day, but I have been a server in the past and I have never made customers feel so uncomfortable. She brought us our check before we were even halfway through our meal (It was around 7:50, close to closing time). She then proceeded to come by every 1-2 minutes to ask us “are you sure you don’t want a box for that” WHILE WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF EATING. Then after I paid for the check she grabbed my beer with a few more sips in the bottom. I had her sit It back down because i was not finished. That is so rude. The only reason we would consider coming back is to sit at the bar where the real service is.
The food is good but what makes this facility a 5 star is the waiter. Cole has now been my wife and my waiter the last 3 times we went there. He is attentive, professional and super upbeat! In a day where customer service is a lost art and unfortunately, a thing of the past, he is an incredible bright spot in this service industry today. Honestly, after the new management took over a few years ago the food is "ok" the prices are "ok" but at this particular unit off Atlantic, you'll get exceptional customer service if you are so fortunate to draw Cole as your waiter.
We just moved to the area... .after living by the San Pablo location for 14 years this was the second time ordering from this location..first time ordered a burger and Philly..the burger came plain after asking for lettuce tomato and onion it was not included in any way. The fries were in a little bag that was soaking wet and the fries were soggy. Figured it was because they were busy due to trivia. Ordered again tonight 5/7/22. Wings were not the flavor we ordered...they were plain mild and undercooked we ordered garlic Parm...again fries were in a little bag and soggy and no celery included as was asked for. Will never go or order there again... I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to San Pablo....much better service and much better and correct food!!!
My service dog Freedom and I ate there today after hiking at Hanna Park.The waitress Shae and the rest of the staff were awesome.We enjoyed our food.The unsweet tea with lemon was great.They gave Freedom a bowl of ice which he loved.They support veterans/first responders.I am both so very appreciative!!

This was our first time and would love to go back. Great variety and space. Pool table and some arcade games. Good amount of both and tables. Had a bar as well.Our server was also very sweet and helpful.Menu is digital .
