Was directed to scan QR code at table for online menu, had to ask for a physical copy (printed on 2 pieces of paper?); an actual menu shouldn't be an "ask" for a restaurant.Cajun ranch wings tasted like they were dipped in Thousand Island dressing (gross), the Arlington location I use to frequent was superior.Mozzarella sticks and pretzels with beer cheese were good...but how can you mess those up?Go down the street to BWW and enjoy your meal...
We went in at 8:30 on a Sunday night. When they close at 10pm. We were waiting on hostess to finish up with her togo, when we seen the server sweeping her station roll her eyes and make facial expressions like she did not want another table. Myself being a previous restaurant owner, did not feel welcomed. So we said we'd leave. The host chased us out door asked us to let manager know. When I told him he act like he could careless!! Paid us No attention. I've never been so disappointed!!
Years ago this place was great. I ate there nightly. Coming back into Jacksonville i went there because of past experiences. This place has gone downhill tenfold. The wings were cold and flavorless (i got pirate sauce). Said something about stuff being cold and flavorless and we got told they were under new management and to call corporate. Disrespectful as heck. Like i said used to be one of my favorite places but after years of not going there the disrespect and terrible quality / service set in stone that i will never return. If i could rate 0 stars i would.
I decided to try this place out although their were other more establish restaurants in the area and what a disappointment the wings were very small and bland to the taste the waiter ( Brooke) was untrained and inattentive, for long periods of time their was absolutely no staff to include the bartender in the customer area they all in the kitchen just laughing it up . The customer could hear loud commotion coming from the kitchen. When it time pay I literally had to make a loud announcement that I'm ready to pay my tab/bill or was the meal on the house.
I had the Caesar salad and add grilled blackened chicken... Oh my God.. delicious. I thanked the chef, twice, it was so good!!! Will go again!!! :)
I personally didn't care for the food someone else may love it. This was a first and last for me. I ordered the steak quesadilla and garlic parmesan wings.
It was a Jeep get together but like always Wings were on point. Our server Haley was amazing.
Early afternoon not busy no longer hard copy menu they give you a card you scan with phone then you see menu I like it better pictures easy to read
the staff (on repeated occasions now) are rude and not very friendly...food is decent...except dont order the wings they are the smallest ones across the United States
Best place for wings and burgers. Manager is super cool They do events here too.
