Went thru drive thru and ordered 4-4pc chicken strip baskets pulled around to pay and then was asked to pull to the other window to get my food. Once there I was given 2 of the 4 pcs and was told the other 2 where coming. The guy comes to the window and hands me 1 more so I tell him I ordered 4 he says you have 3 already I said no there are 2 in this bag and 1 in this bag. He then says what's that other bag I see right there. So I showed him my Wendy's bag which was my food. He says oh and then hands me my last 4pc. I did not appreciate being treated as if I was trying to steal or get something for free!! Very rude and unprofessional!
The cheese bites although plentiful were very salty and the drive through mage absolutely no sense
I was rushed to make my order , then forgot to include my banana split . The waited 10 min to be to be told they're out of bananas .Service was garbage. I would never spend another dime at this establishment .
7253 103rd st. On Monday Feb. 22 at 12:36, The Awesome drive-thru lady was so friendly! Also, asking us if we needed anything else and we forgot to ask for a strawberry shake and she got it asap! Did not have the real cherry sundae, even though it is still advertised on the menu with the picture. Also, made our food wrong. Then, my child's fries were cold. Smh
I'm very sorry because I hate writing reviews but this one is more of a warning than a review. Please do not eat from the Dairy queen on 103rd, because my family purchased 2 strawberry Sundays, one vanilla cone, Chocolate cone ,and cup of vanilla ice and. My 10 yr old, began to eat into her Strawberry Sunday and found a white worm that looked like a maggot.I called the manager, he informed me to bring it back with the bug. He saw it and claimed it was one of those bugs that falls from the tree beside the drive thru, but I'm still wondering how could that be when it was closed up neat in the bag?
We came thru at 7:45pm on Saturday. Had a very large order with multiple blizzards for my kids who were at home. The gentleman at the windows name was Cameron, and what a Rockstar! He went above and beyond with our order making sure the ice cream did not melt while we waited for our food. Can not recommend this store enough!!
The tables are very close to the road. Prices were good. Chilli dogs were great.
Ordered steak fingers gave drink waited 15 min for order asked for refill on drink and said we don't do refills with bad attitude while eating on patio tables..?????
