D & D cakes are delicious! We had chocolate and strawberry. The prices are reasonable as well. Customer service was a great experience and they deliver! Highly recommend!
Ordered a last minute cake for my fiancé’s 24th birthday and they did so wonderful, it was the best red velvet cake I’ve ever had and super well done.The pricing is very reasonable. The delivery time was great and Diane was super sweet and warm. These people really care for their clients and what they like. Will be ordering everything from them from now on!
Diane is hands down the best person to work with AND her cakes are beautiful and tasty. The customer service is phenomenal from the first phone call to the delivery of the cake! She makes sure to note every detail you desire for your cake. Then she makes your cake dreams come true! The cake was perfect for my sister’s wedding and there were only crumbs left over as it was soooo good!! I will use D&D Cake Designs again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I contacted Mrs. Diane a month away from my mother’s wedding on May 15, 2021. She was so Kind, Friendly, Sweet and accommodating! We live 2 hours away and she was willing to meet us on the weekend. From our meeting I knew Mrs. Diane was professional and serious about her work. I knew this cake was going to be good! She stayed in contact with me the whole time! The wedding cake she made for my mom was the Best Wedding Cake Ever! Very delicious, moist and buttery and she surprised us with the tiny layers! When seeking a bakery for my 60th Birthday Party, I had specific criteria; professionalism, great taste, and precision as to what I desired for my cake; D & D Cake Design (Ms. Diane) was all of my criteria and more! Her professionalism is impeccable; she returned all telephone calls promptly; she kept all appointments and every promise made to me. She was very accommodating! At my appointment for cake tasting, she had several cakes for me to taste; it was a wonderful experience! I wanted a specific taste and design for my cake; D & D Cake Designs nailed it!!! The cake that was made for me was delicious; there were no leftovers after it was sliced!!!! I made several referrals to D & D Cake Designs and all the referrals are now disciples! Every opportunity I receive, I sing Ms. Diane’s praises because she deserves all of them. She will always have my (our) business. In addition to being a wonderful baker/business, her impeccable professionalism, and delivering great product; she is a wonderful and caring person.
In the beginning everything was fine I wanted a custom themed cake and I offered to do the accessories myself so I just needed the shape of the cake and icing. I received the invoice and I asked if I could pick up the cake since there was a delivery charge of $50.00 (my cake was already $278, I was working with a budget). She informed me that since Covid it was delivery only (which makes no sense at all to charge someone a delivery fee for something you choose to do). Her invoice also stated that she would try to accommodate my picture as best as she could and when I texted to clarify and how to pay she was extremely rude told me to find someone else to do my cake. I have been in customer service for over 10 years and I have NEVER treated someone like this. It was a simple order and I am not difficult at all ( I was doing the decorating myself LOL).Thank god I took her advise and looked else where for my cake! The Quality and taste of these cakes has to be the best in Town. Always fresh and moist. Mrs. Diane is always nice and professional anything said less than that would be completely false. She is always kind, My family and I have been ordering from her for 6 years now. Thank you again for great Quality..
At the beginningthe girl I spoke to she was good to me , then when i asked about a lower price she said its not such a Business ?! My question wad according to my budget instead of offering my different kind of cake according to my budget she did not answer my messages or my phone calles , to me this so rude I didn’t tell anything bad or talked badly with her .This was my experience with them .
