I don’t know what happened. I think this restaurant is just a party bar restaurant, I had the pre-notion that this was fine-dine but this is just go here for drinks and food there.As you can see from the photo, presentation doesn’t appeal to the eye, you guys need to work on that because people eat with their eyes. Burger was dry and was cooked all the way, I asked for medium-well not well done. There was no seasoning and the toppings were poorly stacked.These are valid reasons but I understand because I’m a chef and also a server, many other entitled people will not think the same. I can tell staff was nice, my server was good enough. Thank you guys for taking care of me, hopefully I’ll see you guys again.
Yum!! Four of us went for dinner and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed it. We shared a Scotch Egg, which was good and my husband had the Sweet Shepherd's Pie, which was indeed sweet and not good like that. I did not like the sweetness with the meat...really odd. I had the Potato Leek Soup and it was fantastic! Well definitely be back.
Love the authentic recipes and the awesome fun staff! We’ve been here multiple times and it is always a treat.Also the st Patrick’s day celebrations are superior from this authentic Irish clan!
Terrible for St Patrick's Day! Had to pay a cover charge, $10 each. Totally unorganized. Finally figured out that we should seat ourselves. No server came to us. Waving at them didn't help. Finally had to find someone to ask about getting one. Had limited menu. Asked about whisky. Server said that the only things available were on the limited food/drink menu. However, there were only specialty drinks. I just wanted plain whisky. With an attitude, the server said they had Slaine and that was it. We decided to leave. She came back as we were leaving and said they had a couple of others too, but still just a few, less than I've got at my house at any given time. Despite not being there very long at all, and not drinking or eating a thing, they refused to refund the cover charge. Absolutely horrible! Used to like this place. Can't see ever going back!
First time here today and it has been amazing. The drinks are delicious with some great happy hour prices (I suggest the Lucky Lass and Lemon Drop Shot). Our server Justin has been so helpful with the menu and figuring out what to order and giving great suggestions. Will definitely be coming back, especially for Saint Patrick’s Day !
Great food even better service! Chad took our order and had it out in a timely fashion. 10/10 recommend! Nana’s sausage are the bomb dot com.
Staying in a hotel nearby, we found this restaurant through TripAdvisor. Had a wonderful experience as we sat outside on a cooler night and happened to get a table in front of the fireplace. The food was good and the Guinness on tap was a big plus. Would definitely return if in the area again.
Such a good experience! Our server Cali was so attentive and accommodating. Definitely can’t wait to come back! Also, try the cheese curds ;)
Angus burger was great. Not greasy cooked right. Not a french fry person, but they were great. Fast helpful staff. Will come again.
Amazing staff fantastic bartenders Great menu at reasonable prices. I can not recommend the Reuben more. Best place to get a Guinness in jacksonville
