the food is amazing it's hot fresh, the Dungeness crab is the best crab ever at this place. and the service is fair. the reason I gave it four stars and not five is because it's a little dirty, we have eaten there two times and both times the table was nasty and the glasses were nasty with smudges on them.
Always great food. That's the only reason we keep going back. Wait staff is the worste. Long waits, non existent, and poor attention to the customers. Last 2 times we went I had to go to the bar myself for additional drinks and utilize others passing by to either relay or assist with items. Waitstaff needs to wait on the customers not the other way around. Sit/stand in view. Don't be on your phone hidden or socializing at the bar.
Just horrible. This new bartender was rude and obnoxious and not to mention loud. He was constantly throwing things across the restaurant and profusely using all kinds of vulgar language as if there was not patrons there. The original waitress was nowhere to be found. Only time we saw her was when we first was seated and when the food was brought and the check of course. We was waited on by a waitress that was not in our section. This is the first time we had poor service. Management needs to.do better!
Great seafood & prices. Customer service was good too. Loved the atmosphere with music playing. Got nervous when I saw they had around the clock security. I was visiting from out of town and thought maybe something bad had happened before.
My first time here for lunch. My order was supposed to include 2 potatoes and 1 corn. When I got all the way home, I had 3 potatoes and no corn. This tells me the mistake was on their part because they replaced my corn with the potato on purpose. The correct thing to do was to make me aware when you brought the order out that way I would have had the opportunity to make another choice of my own. No one went over the daily Specials either. Since this was my first time there, I expected a little TLC. I guess shame on me for expecting better "Customer Service". I won't be back unless someone else pays for it. I just won't waste any more of my money here.

This place was amazing. I went for the first time today to celebrate my daughter 23rd birthday and the food was delicious. We had a waitress Jasmine so friendly and so energetic and joined in with our party having fun with us that my kind of waitress. The whole staff was fun and helped us pull off a great surprise for my daughter as she walked in with nice music. They all danced talked and laughed with us. This restaurant has an amazing staff.
A little on the hood side but I like it lol food is so good and the servers r cool! Drinks r delicious!! I always leave full! I recommend this place to anyone that likes to have fun and eat, be prepared to hear some loud music and be ok with it..

Good bad and ugly. Good our food was delicious my two daughters and granddaughter was very excited about going there to eat (from out if town) we all ordered steamed oyster and scallops for appetizer which came out with meal. Which well all pick build your own. Bad- we order drinks . Shots of bourbon(makers) for me and tequila (Don Julio) for them. We were served ours shots in a plastic 2 oz portion sauce cup and was top there was not glass or even plastic cups for our drinks. Very tacky they had option better than that I am sure. Other guest were having drinks with real glasses. Ugly-the place could definitely used at least some spot cleaning., it was buttery sauce everywhere (tables ,seats the floor ) my granddaughter slipped some walking out, I am thankful she didn't fall. Thanks team for great food ,try to strive for better options and cleaner environment.
