Always a great meal at Cracker Barrel no matter what state you are in and a great value as well. Can’t go wrong with hash brown casserole. And standard Bacon and eggs. And great Sweet tea is always a favorite.

We love Cracker Barrel. Food is always good. Service is usually pretty decent but that wasn't the case today. Not going to call out our server but they were very inattentive. Took our order, dropped out food and check. No refills. No stopping by to check on quality of meal.

I love Cracker Barrel especially for breakfast and they have a great gift shop. This location my experience was very friendly and cared for. This was mainly due to the exceptional professional genuine care and attention given by the Manager, Cora. Ms Cora recognized what had transpired and immediately took action and care ending in a very enjoyable dinner experience. Thank you Ms Cora you are the best. ??

good lunch, great selections.

Clean place with friendly staff. The waitress was really good. The food was tasty. I had a crack in my glass and the waitress replaced it before I could tell her.

My daughter, my 6 month grandson and I wanted dinner after running errands and decided to go to Cracker Barrel. We had a great male waiter who the baby was fasinated with. Food was quick and excellent as usual. My daughter had fried shrimp and I had meatloaf. I adore the hot biscuits with real butter and blackberry jam. So hard to get real butter and real half & half for coffee now a days. Those little touches make the meal. I so hate fake butter and artificial creamer. I would like if they put waiters name on check instead of the cashier so I can compliment him. His number is server# 1754327. He was an excellent server.

Wonderful food & waiter was super courteous.

The 3 star rating is for the food. A server dropped a glass container at the table across from mine and glass went flying everywhere. Some landed in my food and in my lap which resulted in a small cut to my hand. The waitress first commented: whoops! In my opinion, it wasn't a joking matter. I was exhausted from traveling and just did not have the energy to argue or report her. It wasn't until another guest asked if I was okay that the server came over to offer a nonchalant apology. It's times like these that make me stay home and do most of my own cooking. Manager came over asking if I wanted to leave my name and number just in case. I looked at him and said I was sure I would be fine later. Service is just not what it used to be. I used to love this place but not sure if I will return.

Ordered Meatloaf with baked potato and baked apples. Meatloaf and apples arrived and informed potato would be right out. Finished meal with no potato. Potato finally arrived and told server did not want it now, I wanted to eat it with the rest of my meal not after. She promptly copped an attitude and never returned to the table. Had to ask another server for a to go box for wife's food. Not an impressive experience.

The worst customer service. The issue is they do not accept their gift cards, will not process them. Never buy gift cards from there if you don't want to have the person you gave the gift be embarassed when trying to use them. And don't waste your time calling Corporate offices, the phone will never be answered, only takes you round and about with a recording for more than 15 minutes, no way to reach them.
