Outstanding service and experience will never be forgotten

The food was great. The service was great too. It was teamwork. The pricing on my meal was not what I expected so I was a little upset. It was not written or explained correctly. You would expect the entrees to be a little on the affordable side.
Medium steak meant medium rare to the chef. Too much trouble to send back.
Did not have a positive experience due to our waiter Devon. It was a special occasion and my husband and I felt it was ruined by the impersonal and uncaring service. The food was good but overall this place is not the best in town. We had many other wonderful meals in Jacksonville and there are so many fine dining choices. The venue itself was not so impressive as we were lead to believe and the view from the second floor is just okay.
2 of our 4 meals had to be sent back for further cooking which throws off the meal. Our prior visits were better than this time. One positive was a huge Crème Brí»lée Cinnamon roll for a birthday at our table. My friend said his steak was perfect and heâs crossing Ruth Chris and Mortonâs off his dining list.
My wife and I experienced an outstanding evening for our anniversary. Highly recommend!
Chris was our server and he was AMAZING!!! The food, service, and restaurant were all impeccable!!!
We avoided going back to the Cowford Chophouse due to a previous dining experience and was pleasantly impressed. From the time we arrived and until the time we were seated was enjoyable experience and the meal was outstanding. We will definitely be back!
My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary at Cowford Chophouse on Thursday. EVERY aspect was fantastic. Service, food , location, atmosphereâ¦best experience weâve had in a while!
