I’ve been a regular here for many years. I just enjoy this spot. It’s a great place to meet new people when sitting at the bar. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Happy hour is the best. Try the martinis!Anytime I have had an issue with food, the chef has personally came out to speak to me and make sure the kitchen gets the next order right.Love this place ?
great food and good prices
Wow, Gabby was a very attentive server she was super nice and answered our questions. Our meal was out of this world ?. I usually like to eat half of my meal so I can have the rest for lunch the next day. Nope, I just couldn't stop it was that good!
The food was superb, nice atmosphere kinda crowded though
Good food good service. First time visiting and I really enjoyed it. The buffet has a good amount of options for brunch taste buds. I really enjoyed the fish And grits. I was too full to make it to the carving, and omelet station. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Nice place friendly atmosphere
The ambiance was wonderful, our app of crab fritters and crab corn chowder were both great as well. The only gripe I have were with the crab cakes which unfortunately, more filler then thriller. My partner.loved them, I have personally had better. All in all I would go back, the pasta was cooked well, and the chicken was not dry... on the verge of too salty but balanced well with the crayfish and stuffing? We will go back for sure and try other dishes.
White Chocolate Bread Pudding New Orleans style is a taste treat you won't soon forget! One dessert comes with a heavenly Vanilla Sauce with Boubon/Rum undertones, serves 2-3 easily... and White Chocolate Vanilla Drops on top or side. Seriously decadent!!Simple to find & parking was easy!
The food was very interesting. Some items were amazing but a few others did not impress. The place was not very busy so our server, although very sweet and pleasant, was a little overwhelmed. I'd try this establishment again to try and narrow down a favorite. Definitely worth another visit.P.s. they have a signature drink called Crash and Burn... it's delicious if you don't mind a fruity drink.
I took my wife here on our vacation, and let me just say this... When your wife does the "happy food dance" at the first bite, you are probably going to get lucky. The food was amazing from start to finish, she's ranked this her number 2 spot that we've been to (mind you that's competing with places literally 3x expensive). The food quality for the price is excellent, I spent $119 including the tip, for arguably the best food we've ever had. Also our server Jamar was top notch. He knew the menu, didn't over complicate it, gave us the history of the company, very attentive, fast, friendly and professional. If you dine here (which you should if you're in Jacksonville) ask for Jamar.
