Horrible customer service. I went in with my family. Got 2 milkshakes, a kids ice cream and a like it and I had $100 bill and $50 bill and we were not able to get our ice cream because they didn’t wanna accept anything bigger than a $20. So we held up a line of people to be embarrassed and turned away with $150 cash in our hands , our bill was $18…. What if our order was over $20? Would they still have not taken our $50 or $100 bills? Horrible kids with horrible customer service skills. No manager on duty, line out the door and all of them had attitudes and did nothing to even attempt to help us.
Staff is always friendly amid them almost always being busy. They try their best and honestly that’s all I can ask for. I hope they continue to prosper and that the company is taking care of them.Keep strong guys!

Awesome ice cream. Asked for a waffle cone as pictured, received a waffle bowl. I think it’s important to state their waffle bowls have a flavor, almost like a cinnamon taste added to it. It’s not a plain waffle. Not sure if their cones are the same. The cake batter ice cream is fantastic, and they put the perfect amount of additions. So good. Counters and glass need to be wiped down often due to sticky hands and drips.
I loved the vibe and watching my ice cream mixed in front of us. It was a lovely treat for my daughter's birthday.
I mean I walked in and no one even made eye contact or greeted me. They all seem a little zoned out. After 5 minutes of waiting some one greeted me. She made it quick and handed it to me.
Great place, never had any issues with them. Always fast and tasty!
