Manger was rude to what seemed like a new employee I wasn’t impressed. The store manager also wiped my ice cream cup with a towel. Which is disgusting to me people lick their ice cream cups when the ice cream drips down that may be nasty as well but it’s a reflex.
The worker there was very disrespectful. One of the worst cold stone location, I have been to. But the ice creams are ok.
Overview: One of the best places to get ice cream. This has always been my go-to for ice cream. I have never had a problem with any service here. What to know: Not a lot of seating. There are a couple of tables outside bit not real sexy. One bathroom that seems out of order every time I go: Pee somewhere else. You're there for the ice cream. On weekends after dinner, expect to wait. I would say it's worth it.
Do not come here you will find an unresponsive overworked staff. A dirty and unsanitary restaurant. A long wait for a disappointed experience. Beware this cold stone needs new management.
Love this place every time I visit Jacksonville. The line is always long but worth the wait. Love it!
Owners are the sweetest people very kind and just humble. You cannot beat the ice cream here super delicious.
10 people in line, one girl working. Another girl came out from the back (we’ve been in line 15 minutes) to fulfill a online order. Hasn’t come back out. Painful.
Kids and I come after school a few times a month and I decided to go with something different and got the over the rainbow cookie dough ice cream with the description of sugar crystals in it I got it and it was made with spoonfuls of sugar needless to say I tasted one bite it was very gross I threw it away and got something different at my cost while the guy thought it was quite funny it was full of sugar.
During our latest visit I notice that the ice cream makers were handling ice cream and money with the same gloves. Not one of them changed their gloves after handling the money. Went right back to making ice cream. Strongly believe that’s unsanitary. I recommend that you all change this policy due to all the germs floating around. Thanks in advance!
