I ordered enough tacos to feed a family of four to-go. After waiting 10 minutes in the restaurant past the "10-15 minutes" they said it would take, they gave me the wrong order. Of course, I didn't know it was the wrong order until I got home to feed my family.The order I got was one meal and one a la carte quesadilla. Not nearly enough food to serve four people. To make matters worse, it was all room temperature. The order had been called in before we made our order.I called an informed they had given the wrong order. They said I could come back and get my food (which surely was cold by now). I said no, I'm not going back up there. I want a refund. They said I can only get a refund in person, despite having paid with a credit card. ?I'll not be returning. They ripped me off.
Hands down some of the best value for the quality of the food you get. This place is indeed authentic, and they make the dishes so that you'll have leftovers for at least 2 meals if you get one of their burritos. My boyfriend had the California burrito while I had the steak and shrimp with veggies, plus an a la carte chicken burrito. The nachos, queso, and salsa were really solid, and the food came out hot and fresh. Saving the a la carte burrito and my boyfriend only had half of the massive California burrito so he's taking that half home with him. It's a slow day since it's 4 PM, raining, and there weren't that many tables, but overall it was a really good experience.
Staff was nice, restaurant was dirty, gross menus & everything on the table needed wiping down. Bathroom floor was soaked & slippery. I decided to try since I read a previous review that they had vegan options. Was highly disappointed when our waiter said they no longer had vegan cheese even though it was still on the menu. Food was bland but came out quickly. Didn’t have to wait to be seated on a Friday night.

So impressed with the menu. Vegan options--the vegan enchiladas with cilantro sauce and fresh veggies were great. Salsa and chips were good as well as the margarita. Will definitely go back.

This place doesn't even deserve one star.Four times we have ordered food and ALL FOUR TIMES IT WAS WRONG!!!!EVEN AFTER I talk to the order taker like a 1st grader. She blames it on the cooks. What they can't read????? I am really concerned about their education level.
Food was good but it was cold. I got Togo and I was waiting when I got there and was told 20 min on the phone and it was longer. Ordered a beer to wait and also got some queso after waiting 10 min after I was told it was going to be ready.
