Wow... the chicken is small. First they are no longer using steroids. Technically, I got what I paid for, the Tuesday Special for 1.99 plus a mashed potato at extra cost. Service was OK, once received, a it took almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged and have my order taken.
Excited to try a new place I was not disappointed. Ordered the spicey chix sandwich, spicey TX tenders and fries, all was very delish. Glad we went, however, we will not go back to this Churches because I stood there waiting for my order watching 5 patrons get their orders and leave. When I inquired of the mgr. how much longer for my order, she said we are cooking your order, I'm thinking for chicken sandwich and TX tenders its taking this long, so long that my husband came in to check on me. Ms.mgr. you were rude and not helpful at all, you should've explained to me why it was taking so long while everyone else you called " baby" got their orders. Like I said before, the sandwich was delish. The mgr was not! 1200pm Fri 7.1.22
It might just be me but everytime I go here I don't get as good of service as I would when I go to anything other one that's located in Jacksonville but hey at least the food was fresh this time ?
My Mac & cheese was excellent but as I pulled back the skin of the chicken it had a foul smell.waisted money. The wait time was long
Mediocre food at exorbitant prices. There's a reason these people are going out of business. Stop by and see why
Amazing staff and food. We traveled an hour to get a large chicken order to go we were very satisfied. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
Church's never disappoint. Always fresh. Always hot. Very tasty. Quick drive thru.
It's safe to say that the chicken dish qualifies and is the most popular serving in the greater Jacksonville area. So, I assumed that "serving since 1952" would mean quality. This food is borderline garbage and their customer service track isn't much better.I'll let you decide what is a good price for ? chicken, but I'll start by saying the restaraunt kiosk doesn't appear to match what is stated online.Good luck trying to clarify this against the boorish barking voice in the loudspeaker.Church's Chicken founded in 1952 doesn't improve from here.In addition to waiting in line for a long time the quality just isn't there. My guess is that this chain is owned by a hedge fund based in New York or London and as long as the margins are maintained the rest of it doesn't matter. Including you the customer. There are plenty of ? ? restaraunts in this area, that will clearly work harder for your business than this one will. I gave it one star because of the good condition of the parking lot and the lack of debris and garbage blowing about. ?️
Please check your food before pulling off. They forgot my extra biscuit and I had to go back through the drive-thru since the inside is closed.
I'm glad to go there and get what we want and the service is always good
