Ice tea was nasty. Pizza was so so.Other than that the children enjoyed them selves.
We frequent Chuck E Cheese when on a long trip and use the unlimited pass cards. This Chuck E Cheese had friendly, professional staff. It was clean and a huge location. All that being said, we counted a total of 9 games that were not operating. We also played 2 games and won the bonus tickets but the game then had an error message. Was a fun time but we wasted quite a bit of our time scanning broken machines. The manager on duty was super accommodating and sought us out when an employee did not know how to transfer our points to one card.
I had my little princess birthday party here and it was awesome!!! The party host Jaye was very attentive and pleasant. She made sure each child was taken care of and we all were happy. The kids really really enjoyed it. The staff that was present that night 6/11/22 were exceptional!!! Especially Jaye, GiGi, and Chucky E. Cheese,You guys were great!!!!

My family and I come to this location for some quality time, and we always get treated with good service! However, today was no exception to that promise!My family and I hosted a birthday party here for both of my younger brothers (both turned 9 & 5), and service was amazing! Food came out in a flash, and nothing was missing with what we requested! Delicious as usual!Our hostess, Zoe, was so sweet and understanding! She always made sure we had the most fun, yet, most organized party! Also, the actor, who was a young man, who played Chuck E. for the party was exceptional and had AMAZING energy! As an actor, I know sometimes it can be hard to work with kids, but he always had the kids hyped up and kept it 110%!Overall, we had an great experience! Parents, if you’re looking to plan birthday parties, this should be on your top tier list! :D
First and foremost, the entrance was just not properly expected. After ordering pizzas, and waiting for 2 hrs then went to see what was taking too long, they forgot to put in the orders. And their lack of stocking up napkins and keeping tables sanitized was beyond ridiculous! The entire place was very neglected and dirty. No more drinks in the machine, all the tables napkins holster we all empty. I ordered my first beer and was told I was not allow to have another. Like we just went through pandemic crisis and the place was just dirty and not being taken care off. I will never bring my kids to this place ever again. They didn't care for the kids nor did they care for the place. Rude staffs and just overall lazy.Throw it all away and just establish a better place for the community. So sad to see how much these people have neglected the place.
We took our 3 year old grandson between 1 and 2 on a Tuesday. Jasmine was the hostess who helped us the entire time we were there. She is amazing she took our order, helped with all my questions, brought out our food and did the prize area. In my opinion at least one other person should have been helping her. Besides that we had a blast and the restaurant and game area were very clean and clear walkways. The pizza and cheese bread were spot on. We will definitely be back soon.
I just hosted a baseball team party here for 5 and 6 year olds. We had a 2 hour party with 60-min all you can play games. It was the perfect amount of time for playing and eating. The kiddos had a blast while the parents relaxed. Food was delicious!I highly recommend hosting a sports team party or birthday party here. We had a nice long private table set up for us when we arrived. The manager and rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our event was going well. They checked on us regularly and were very helpful throughout our time there. Everyone was very kind.We can’t wait to go back for more fun!
I paid 12 bucks for a salad bar that did not enough sides for 12 bucks and the sides they had where either out or had to wait to be replaced and you would thought that the person would have taken the empty container in back and refill them nope she fill them right up on the line without either cleaning the container or making sure they where properly sanitize.
