We took our daughter here the day of her birthday, she turned 4, she had an amazing time! The games are cute. We had pizza and hung out for about 2 hrs.

My husband and I decided to take our Godson for an outing, just to get out of the house and have some fun. There were NOT many people there, as we walked in another dad and his 2 small children entered as well. We stood in line for almost 10-15 minutes waiting to be helped or at least acknowledged as there were 2 employees upfront helping someone with some kind of discrepancy. What would've have taken for one of them to say "Hi! We'll be with you in just a moment." Better yet, while the manager on duty was helping the customer, the associate could've assisted us!!!! What really upset us most (my husband and I AND the Father behind us) is that another family comes up with tickets and the associate walked over to assist them...as if we weren't standing waited to be checked in!!! My husband is the quiet one, I'm the firecracker and I stayed calm, but he was very furious of the service and wanted to lash out. The Father behind us turned around and so did we. That location must do better!

The atmosphere was fun and the food was delicious.

Dirty- absolutely filthy! First time back since we attended 4 years ago and it hasn’t improved. Half of the games didn’t work either

The staff was very patient! The food was made promptly. There was not a large crowd since it is a Wednesday afternoon. We had a blast!

The family and I enjoyed our time here overall. The games are fun and atmosphere is nice. I did rate this location 3 stars though and this is why....I'm not sure if it was becaue of the time, could be but they can still do better. We arrive around 7pm and they close at 10pm. I asked an employee what time does food stop being prepared and he said,"9pm." They had shut the kitchen down by 8:30pm. We had drinks sitting on our table that we were still going back and drinking and the employee who was cleaning up just threw them away..it was maybe 9,9:15pm at the time. A few of the game machines were not working properly but that is normal. I just think no matter what closing time is, customers food and when to stop serving should be honored and not shut down early. I didn't see a lot of smiling/joyful employees walking around but the ones I did deal with were pretty helpful and nice

The workers were very nice. Food was delicious. Only downside is that it doesn't have as many games as the one on Atlantic but they did have different games. Enjoyable time

Worst place I’ve been to in a very long time. The service sucked I had to wait an hour for our food that was burnt and our order was wrong. Horrible experience all the way around. They did try to make us more food but refused to give us our money back because we didn’t have a receipt! Are you serious we had burnt food you brought to our table and never even gave us a receipt. Do not recommend at all!!!

Had an amazing time for spring break with my kids. We were there bright and early at 11am and Journee was the first to greet us. She wore several hats including taking our order and then helped with our prize picks. Food was great and so was the customer service thank you so much journee

My daughter really enjoyed the experience. We had problems getting checked in. They had only one attendant at the front desk and the one customer in front of us had some issue that took 15 min to fix. When we were finally helped, their system was very slow. After being helped, the attendant was very nice and gave us free small drink cups. We purchased 1 hour worth of minutes on special cards they give you to use the games. After 15 minutes of 90% failures using the cards i spoke with the attendant and she cleared the cards and gave us new ones. She showed us the new ones were working. After that all went well. Over all it was a good experience and my daughter had a blast. The card system seems a bit sketchy, but after you get the hang of things it goes much smoother. If you go, make sure to not just hover or swipe the cards over the receivers. You put them up to the receiver and move them in a circular pattern until the game sees the card. Good luck!
