I really want to like this place but it’s never in order unless the actual manager is there that day fixing things. Yesterday they had no AC in the left side (toddler side of games). My kids were sweating their tushies off and I was melting. There was a grumpy lady running the front counter that did the bare minimum to operate the front counter on a very slow day, constantly yelling at this young man that was working there… in front of customers. Playing on their phones out on the work floor when the games are filthy to the touch needing to be wiped down. There was more than enough time to improve this place yesterday. Bathrooms were filthy. The doors have water marks all over them and it smelled like wet dog in there. What a shame. It gets worse with every visit at this location only improving on the days the manager is working and then it goes back to trash. Also, I’d say around 50 percent of the games don’t operate at all or are not operating properly . They always say they’ll fix it but don’t
Several of the machines were not working but they don't unplug them. They let you swipe your card to deduct the points and find out the expensive way. Games aren't a dime anymore, so that adds up fast. We didn't order pizza so I can't help you there. My ten year old was the oldest kid in there at 730pm on a Saturday night. Mostly little kids when we were there. I was disappointed that the tables were cluttered with leftover pizza after people had obviously left, when people working were standing around talking for the most part. They seemed fairly uninterested in building the brand of Chuck E Cheese, leaving broken machines lit up to rob paying customers of their credits. I won't be back to this location, even though they had some newer games than the Avenues location.. They all have issues with maintaining the games, but this location stands out in my mind, and not in a good way.
How the mighty Chuck E. Has fallen.I used to love going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid in the 80’s and as a parent I have enjoyed taking my kids to them all around the country.However, this location, forget about it!The selection of games has not changed in over 3 years, and I know this because I compared todays visit with photos and videos form 2019. On top of that there is food on the machines and many of them are broken.The kids still had fun, but as a parent, it’s so sad to see what places like this have become.
Sitting here picking up a door dash watching two lady's in the kitchen arguing qnd the bowls being used for my door dash order being thrown into the trash can and cussing being thrown around and threats. I so won't be bringing my children here ever. Do better chucky cheese.
Do not waste your money on the food here. The cheese sticks were undercooked Along with the French fries.The taste was off.We all ended with a stomach ache . Worst $100 spent
This was a great experience for my special needs son! Mrs. Bri and Keith went over and above making our departs so easy! We even got a special person help us to the van! We enjoyed our day and will be back soon!!
great service and fun games and eating good food
Pretty good place for kids to have a little fun, but I just wish they had more adult workers because these teenagers are not attentive and always trying to blame the customer when they make the mistake. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but not checking to see if you gave the right people their food order is unacceptable in my book. After having to show proof that an order was placed, they finally realized that they had given the food to someone else by mistake. They eventually rectified the issue by refunding the money, but it should have never had to get to that in my opinion. If I tell you I never received my order that should have been resolved right then and there instead of arguing that I did receive it. ?
Good Service and Food! Toys and space is nice.
Great customer service, food was good hot and fresh. 4 stars because quite a few games were not working and didn't have any signs or anything up about it. Overall we had a Chucky cheese good time.
