Service: The woman at the counter was very kind and friendly.Food: Bacon was crisp, sausage was good, over easy eggs were standard. The English muffin was delicious because the amount of butter on it. The hash browns, I did not enjoy too much. I assume they were russet potatoes. This has nothing to do with the restaurant, but the potato kind of tasted like dirt. I think it would be better to switch to a waxy type of potato like red potatoes or golden yukons.
Very poor experience. Salad order wrong. Called and only option was to bring it back. Wouldn’t work due to me being at work and having meetings and was told “well I don’t know what else you want me to do “ how about you offer for me to come back on another day to get what I actually ordered. Correcting Your error should not be an inconvenience to your customer’s.
I went there for an egg salad sandwich and drinks to go. I was there with my spouse who is in ill health battling cancer. We ordered 3 large drinks. I knew they would not fit in my cup holders in my car. I asked for a drink carrier. The young man looked me directly in the eyes and said, "We don't have any." I left. As I was trying to situate the drinks (I eventually had to just discard one of them), I watched two customers who were behind me in line come out with...wait for it...drink holders. The guy lied, the drinks were flat, and the staff, with the exception of the nice lady who wrote down our initial order, was not friendly.
Bacon egg and cheese pita and a small fountain drink was 10 dollars. Expensive for what it is. Used to a stuffed pita for 5 bucks at a diner this was maybe two small eggs.Had the breakfast bowl today and it was perfect. Hot as hell too. It kept me warm on this cold rainy day. alot of food and affordable.
Benn going there for lunch weekly for the past year.I always get the potato salad as it is the best.I only have an hour for lunch but the service is quick. (You can also order ahead of time) and the food always good.
