Our waiter was super friendly and nice went above and beyond, but that food was ?. We all ordered the spicy chicken alfredo food was cold not even hot( i didn't even want to send it back mainly because all there gonna do wad microwave it) don't no one want microwaved pasta. It was under seasoned the toast was burnt and pasta was cooked uneven. The chicken wad dried out. We basically threw the entire meal away. Oh we also had the trio which was ok the burgers were good they bought out the wrong boneless chicken(buffalo instead of honey bbq) and the egg rolls were undercooked. Definitely won't be coming back ever again ?
Have eaten here a few times. Food is generally served quickly and food quality is fair for the price. Restaurant interior is usually dirty because tables have not been cleaned off in a few hours etc.Came here on 7/12/22 at 10:35. When we pulled into the parking lot there were 3 staff members standing inside the togo order area. We asked if we could place a togo order but they all said you can't place a togo order after 10:30. Knowing that the dining room was open until 11, we asked if they were still seating and if we could sit and place a to go order. The 4th staff member who was the only one working the dining room said we could sit wherever we wanted but very rudely. They said the kitchen would be open for 15 more minutes, but they made our party of two seem like a huge inconvenience despite the fact we would've been gone before closing.
Nice place to dine and grab a meal. The staff was very friendly and got our meals very fast. Definitely a new vibe since having staffing issues earlier this year
Place was absolutely disgusting. Finger prints on windows and food on the floor from AT LEAST the day prior. We got there when they first opened so it wasn’t from prior meals the same day. Would not recommend for cleanliness. Service was OK but not impressed by anything. Food was mediocre, I’ve had better at other Chili’s in other locations.
Resteraunt was clean and the food was prepared well. The host seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. They are short staffed like every other restaurant, so it was a somewhat unpleasant experience. But the food was good.
Date: April 15th, 2022 I went out on a date with a friend and my main man Bobby we ate and the waiter kept getting the sweet tea half sweet half non-sweet we asked for! The waiter was a bit slow in her services to us but still severed us well regardless...So some complaints, not a whole lot yet another place I missed on photo opportunities but oh well, I'll get photos here, (next time) I come back! We went here, for years and the food is delicious, chips are a little weak and the tea was a bit sweet but still delicious and still worth checking out! 4 ****
My son and I had a great time there. Food was really good and the staff was great and professional. We will definitely come back and they give a great military discount. So my veterans can bring their loved ones to enjoy a nice dinner.
This visit was good. The chips & salsa were delish. I had the crispy chicken tenders. They were dry and slightly overcooked but the fries were good. My husband had the baby back ribs and liked them
Food was delicious.No hostess to seat us, party of two.Service was SLOW.Staff unaware of Covid protocols and social distancing, even though we specifically asked for a table away from the crowd.NOISY and LOUD.No cell service at our table close to the kitchen.
Server was great but they seemed short staffed for the number of people there . Food was good !
