It was a Charles Dickens visit. My 79 year old mother asked to have her birthday lunch at Chili's to get her free dessert. The food was great, steak and asparagus cooked perfectly. And then there was Taylor, our waiter. He did not seem to know basic knowledge or have adequate skills. She did not receive the usual email reward. She offered to show her driver's license. I asked to speak to a manager to override or make a good-faith exception. Her mango tea was never refilled either, much less offered a tea to go. I had to get another waiter to remove the chips & salsa from the kiosk. Taylor hid from the rest of our visit. I do believe additional training would be beneficial for young Taylor. It's a shame that my mother did not receive her cake on her special day.
Just did a family pick-up order that was almost fantastic. The food was delicious (my wife and I had the fajitas trio), and the kids enjoyed their kids' meals with one exception. My son's kid's burger only had half a bun. In the grand scheme of things a silly and small faux pas, but can't give 5 stars for forgetting half a burger bun. Otherwise it was great.
This is a BBQ Brisket Burger. The selling point is the brisket and there was barely the presence of it. The wait staff ignored requests for refills of drinks and were not attentive once the food arrived at the table. This was a very lackluster experience.
Service at this restaurant seemed much better prior to the pandemic. You would think service would’ve improved since restaurants are wanting people to return to support their establishment. I ordered Cajun Shrimp Pasta and yes, there is a food shortage but it also appears to be a portion shortage as well…I feel if I dined inside verses ordering to-go, my portion size would’ve been much larger.
Our Waitress was great and asset to your company but I did not catch her name Food was good
This was our first and last time at this location. We ordered drinks, apps, and food for our family of 5. When the food arrived everything looked good. I cut a large piece of broccoli and as I went to take a bite I noticed something on the bottom half - it was a MAGGOT cocooned onto the broccoli. The manager apologized and said they take the meal off of the bill which was the right thing to do. Outside of the maggot, I had an issue with the manager who repeated approached our table multiple times to spit out some other excuse as to why it happened. He blamed the staff not looking, the kitchen just cooking in batches without giving a second thought, and other things. He also kept asking if I wanted something else and after the 3rd time he said “Yeah I guess I can’t blame you”No thanks.
Last Sunday I ate at this location. Unfortunately I dropped my wallet, unknowingly. Monday I called them, they said they had found nothing. I gave them my phone number in case they did. When I got off work on Monday I went there to check again as the young lady seemed uninterested when I called earlier. She "checked" with a manager and said they found nothing. Of course I had to cacel cards a pay for Fed Ex to have new ones sent. Also my drivers license and medical cards where gone. The following Friday I called one more time. It was there but they said they had no number to contact me. Remember on Monday I gave them my number, she obviously wasn't interested as I stated. I went after work to get it. They told me once again they found nothing. I told them the conversation earlier. They went and ask a manager and lord and behold there it was.Now this has cost me money. I called the general manager to complain and I was told "I should be thankful the kept if for me." Do people in these type of establishments throw away wallets? Needless to say after spending $70 for a meal and $100 to replace what was in the throw away wallet I won't be back.
Ordered quesadilla explosion salad with avocado and avocado ranch dressing, paid extra. Did not get any avocado or dressing the quesadillas were disgusting!! Very disappointed!
Food wasn't good at all. Very salty. The steak was tiny. And I paid extra for the 10oz but it was only about a 2in by 2in. Asked the server if it was a 10 oz she said yes. I didn't ask for a manager but the waitress went and got the manager so that she too could tell me it indeed was a 10 oz steak. As if I needed to be told twice.I know that it wasn't a 10 oz but I never argued. Food was gross anyways and the broccoli was basically salted mush. Bill was over $100 for a family of 4.
I've been here twice, both times this place was packed. Service varies depending on how busy it is, but the servers try their best to attend to you. The girl at the front (host) was very nice/accomodating as well! Food is decent and prices are pretty cheap, so can't complain!
