I went to this Chili's with my daughter and granddaughter. The wait staff was very nice and very good. Our food was very fresh and hot. My granddaughter is only 16 months old and she played, ran around and had lots of fun.
Had not been in a few years due to quality of some food. Decided to give it a try today. Fajitas were very good, seasoned and cooked just right. Tea was very good and improved. The main problem was that the restaurant was freezing cold with fogged up windows. I did bring it to the attention of the person that seated me, but nothing was done. It's very uncomfortable to sit and try to enjoy a meal in this setting. Please get your temperature to a more comfortable level.

Margarita of the month was inexpensive and more than enough. Food was good and service attentive. Fajitas were just the way I remembered them. We sat at the bar and it was spotless. Hadn’t been to a ?s in a while and it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely return to this location soon.
The drinks were good and strong plus it was happy hour all day so you can't beat 2-4-1 on Jameson! I ordered the 3 for $10.99 as well. The portion of Cajun chicken pasta was plentiful enough to bring some home for later. Very satisfied with my visit!
This place has the best salads!! The fajitas are also very good. They used to serve chips and salsa automatically, but have moved to charging for this. The strawberry margaritas are great!! The service is usually very prompt and courteous, even when they are very busy. They are often so busy that you need to wait about 45 minutes for a table. Best to try and arrive in the afternoon or later in evening, not during the busiest times between 6 and 8 pm.
The Chilli’s in Jacksonville Florida is way better than in my city. The food was good, hot, and the service was great ??
Pick up order. Was ridiculous of how much rice was in there....it looked like someone ate it. I asked if that’s normal, and the girl said “I think so” gave 1star for broccoli and a 1star for salmon.Also checked in at the pickup and no one would bring out the food, until I walked in there myself, and it was just sitting on the shelf.
I went with my family today 4/16/22 around 1:00 pm to eat lunch the young lady at the desk told us they can’t serve us because they don’t have enough help , I was shock we wasn’t going eat for free we paying customer that was very rude we we’re the only one turn away .
They’re very understaffed here for at least the last 8 months. You’ll find yourself waiting for a table for 15 min even when they’re a 1/4 filled at the restaurant because the chef is backed up. That’s ok because you. Ant do anything about people not wanting to work now so they get behind with customers . Once seated the service is always good. Nice waiters and food is out timely and they really do the best they can. That shows they have a hood manager on hand when staff is good. Their salmon is always good and so are the appetizers and chicken plates. The steaks and burgers not so much.
