My wife and I enjoyed the food. The customer service was okay. The waitress was spread kind of thin working several large groups. The wait to be seated only took about 3 minutes. The bar was very packed. And everyone was enjoying themselves! Our food came out in sections and not whole, what I mean is drinks came then my wife's dinner side salad, her meal then appetizers, then my meal, and lastly my wife's fajita bread.? Overall the place was clean the staff was over worked and I wouldn't recommend going here right after work on a Friday. ( Sorry for the long review!)Please check out the food pics!
Excellent, excellent place. They've definitely gotten better from 20 years ago. The staff were quick and courteous. Their burgers were cooked to perfection.The guy in the big black boots thinks Chili's is great!

Didn't quite know what to expect with labor shortages, but we had a great experience Sunday afternoon. The bartender was very nice and our server (young man with curly brown hair) was excellent. He took great care of us and had a wonderful personality. The food looked amazing and tastes even better.
Walked in to see multiple piles of trash on the ground, including a pile consisting of a steak knife, 3 napkins, a fried food, and crumbs. The floor was so sticky it felt like they had mopped with soda. Every single step stuck fast to the floor. Even though we were in at 10pm Sunday, there was more dirty tables than clean. Empty dirty tables. Who knows how long that food had been sitting there? After being seated at one of the few clean tables, our server took our drink order. After looking over the menu for a few minutes, we decided to order to go and eat at home. I ordered the $20 rib eye and husband ordered a smaller cut of steak. Our order took a while to come out, but we gladly took it, paid, tipped our kind server, and left. When we arrived home, hungry, we opened the boxes to two black cuts of meat. We assumed the larger one was mine as there was no other way to differentiate between the two hockey pucks. We each had one bite of our steaks and were done. The lackluster sides of loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli (that came in their own baggie? That was weird too lol) were adequately disappointing. We called the parent company and got a refund issued (minus the servers tip- the kid was nice). Lesson learned!
Always a good time stopping by for a beer or Bloody Mary. I always receive the highest level of service from their bartender Jesse. He works quickly and the drinks are superb. Even during busy periods, he'll stop to have a quick conversation.Recommend everyone trying one of his Spicy Bloody Mary's. They're superb!
Been eating here for yearsJesse and the hostess I forgot his name but are great and the food is delicious never disappointed love coming here service is fast too even when they are short staffed
Waiter asked us to wait for for 15 more mins, even when you joined online queue one hour ago. After that we are seated drinks are okay and food is horrible less number of staff. Overall not a great experience so rated as 2 star
Food and staff were great. I think the order got messed up a little bit but not really a big deal. My order was right, Lol
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The fries were limp and cold. The chicken was hard and cold. The salad had wilted pieces in it. Three dinners over $35, and we ended up throwing most of it away.
