Long story short; placed order on app. Received text saying the food was ready for pick up. I arrived at curbside and entered my number I was there. 10 minutes, maybe more, and no one comes out. I noticed people getting out of their cars, looking upset, going inside and waiting. I finally go in, I see my food sitting on a shelf. Of course my food is cold, drink watered down, under cooked and the presentation was a joke. I asked them to remake it and the girl had an attitude. My food finally came out and it was warm but again, presentation terrible. Not to mention, the restaurant itself looked gross. Not clean. They just don’t care. Never going back. Ps. I still tipped regardless.
Friday around 3:30 PM. Not very busy, service was excellent. Ordered steak fajitas and the taste was great but the steak was really tough. Not a deal breaker, just cut it up in small pieces. Drinks were good during happy hour. Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms.
I went to dinner with my boyfriend and this time i didn't like, the food was not good hard grilled meat, a soup as appetizer not good flavor and the sweet tea had a pound of sugar too sweet.. Horrible...
The food was good, not great. They cannot seat groups together because they cannot move tables together to accommodate 8 people??????? but they can seat you in smaller groups. They blame it on the fact they have only one cook ????? but if they can seat you apart or together they still have 8 food orders going into the kitchen with one cook. I believe these “OK” or “Good” restaurants are going to be sorry for their stupidity when life gets back to “Normal”. I cannot give my business to these type of restaurants. Before “Covid” businesses where pleased to give the customers a pleasant experience.

Worst restaurant experience in my life wouldn't go back there if you paid me to the waitresses were rude and unprofessional but I guess they get it from their leader the general manager Reggie what a pr.....k what general manager you know is on the cook line when there us only eight tables being used as if it was packed from wall to wall and the cooks were struggling and needed help not even. It was so slow in there plus they had the nerve to tell guest it was going to be a 15 to 30 minutes wait ??? As I'm thinking to myself what us the wait for because there is no one in here hardly and there are plenty of empty tables that could be used but instead you rather have four groups of guest with 3 to 5 persons to each group seat at host station waiting to be seated. Ridiculous I say, the general manager is a joke and full of himself while the waitresses are acting belligerent because maybe they have had one to many loud and obnoxious in all the food was good but hey what chilli's food isn't good it's chilli's yo. My opinion a new staff including manager is needed desperately to save this particular chilli's restaurant's reputation in a quick fast and hurry. One Love!!!!
After being seated we were told that they were short staffed & it would be a while before the waitresses made it to our table.That was ok. So we sat, but it was difficult to look at the menu for trying not to look at how dirty the entire restaurant was.Even our table.The windows where maybe a cold had smeared something over a huge area. The silverware. It was packed & loud as well.After 10 minutes of taking all that in, we moved on to enjoy dinner somewhere else.
Was their and their was a drunk group of people who were disturbing the whole place and they did nothing about it
Called in an order was told 15-20 minutes, didn't look super busy , an hour later and I finally got my food.After working a 14 hour day I wanted something easy and quick, this experience was neither and not an ideal experience. ?If your location needs more staff then hire more I'm flexible but an hour wait is too much.
Short staffed but service was still good. Our waiter Joshua was very nice and attentive even though he was covering tons of tables. Food tasted great, the chips and salsa were fresh and warm. Will come back for sure.
