I order online while I was getting a new battery across the street. I joined the drive thru and the guy was nice. I order the same thing every time we happen to go so it is saved in my orders. I get home and notice that the bag did not contain my honey mustard by honey roasted bbq ewwwww gross. The Dr. Pepper is flat and my fries were not hot. Needless to say I will never stop at this one again

I have been bragging on you guys since you opened... But today I went inside. We ordered 2 12 count grilled nuggets... We got 2 12 count fried. No big deal. Took 1 box up to the counter with my receipt.. the owner, Jason came to help us. I said hey we ordered grilled and they gave us fried. He said where is the other box? I said it is at the table .... Aren't you just going to just throw them away? I can pass them on at the office...he walked away and I went back to the table...usually all restaurants just say keep it.. and apologize. He came over and said where are the other nuggets... Again I said aren't you just going to throw them away... He walked away and yelled over his shoulder, it's policy It's policy!I said if I took home the wrong food and called would you make me bring it back... One of his employees said no way. He embarrassed me and my daughter. Over nuggets. I hope it was worth it.. changed my 5 star review to a 1.
Their new policy of putting a small order of fries in a medium box does not sit well with me after paying for a medium fry. Then when management said I would get more fries, he simply took the medium box to the back and put it in another bag without adding more fries...imagine that at chick-fil-a. This was my favorite fast food.
Very disappointed in the drive thru today. Up sized one meal to a large when ordering. Received a medium drink and fries at pickup. Explained that I should have gotten a large drink and fries based on my order. She checked and said, “No, YOU ordered a medium. If you want a large, you will have to pay for the difference.” Normally, I would just pay the difference, which is less than $1 for the large drink with the meal, but she was so rude. This isn’t the first time that they have made a mistake with my order, but I have never said anything negative about it. Will be visiting a different location.
I personal haven’t gone through yet but today I was across the stree leaving the store when I see two gentlemen run all the way to the stop sign to stop a lady who just went through drive through and seemed to have forgot her drinks. The fact they took their time to run out and stop her was amazing! Seems like y’all have a really great fam staff!
The Fries at lunch time / with such a long line and a reputable reputation shave been crisp and hot.. seems like they need to adapt Wendy’s slogan on the fries... i wanted to get a different set of fries but then i would not have been back on time for lunch or been able to enjoy the rest of my meal..
Doesn't normally happen. I waited 20 minutes for my food. A good chance someone else took it by mistake. The staff was nice enough to offer a free shake and gave a complimentary meal card. I appreciate them.
I’ve only eaten at chick for lunch but today stopped for breakfast. I went off the menu cuz I don’t like meat on my egg sandwich and asked for double egg. The lady didn’t miss a best out in my order and my food didn’t even take any longer! I am 100 impressed with chick Fula and this location especially since it’s on my way to work! Great job!
Just went through for breakfast, ive never had Chik-fil-a breakfast before. I was utterly confused, and my s/o was figuring out what i needed. The guy taking our order in line was going through the orders too fast and we ended up getting one of our orders along with coffee,(which i did NOT finish telling creams and sugars). The service was trash. Thats all.
